TA AI Product Labels & Badges

This is a really good app and Jena and Nguyen Kim Tung were very quick to help me work through some issues that was caused by a search app we have installed. If you are looking for a quick way to overlay badges and labels on products, this is a solid app. We tried two others before finding this one!

The App itself provides really helpful features who increase the conversion rate of our shop. We has some issues in the beginning since it wasn't properly working with our theme but luckily Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh from the support team helped us quickly to solve the issue.

We use this app to show badges/labels on specific products and collections. It's easy to install and set up, plus the support team have a very quick response time when you have any questions or a technical issue. Thank you in particular to Jena, Phan Thanh Son and Tran Duc Nam who managed to fix a display problem with our badges/labels. Some products were showing the label incorrectly but once the team had the access to what they required everything was fixed in less than 24 hours.

Really liking this app so far! We've used other apps but the ability customize the look has been very limited. Overall it was very easy to use and set up. As with any theme there was a few bugs to work out. I reached out to Tech support and both Jena and dev Nguyen Van Ninh were able to fix our issue within 24hrs! I was very impressed with their communication and timeliness in handling it. I've still got to dive in more as I think there are more features but so very happy with it.

This app helped greatly in adding product detail as to what is a special item feature on our website. Jena Nguyen and Nguyen Van Ninh were an amazing amazing help in spending an enormous amount of time help solve out issue of image glitching with items that were noted to be waitlisted. The team is excellent, and the service and constant up to date reminders was excellent, ensuring I was able to update my boss each day! I will continue to utilize for future reference in its ease of use! Thank you guys, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help given and the time and effort put in! Amazing!

Absolute stellar product and customer service. Easy installation and any issues resolved with Expedia and courtesy-based customer service. Especially the very efficient and professional service from Jena and Nguyen Kim Tung helped so much in making sure the functionality and aesthetics of the app were reflected in our Shopify theme. I had previously tried four other apps to implement badges and had very little success but thankfully I found this app and within minutes had it installed with further assistance as mentioned above. If you're looking for the perfect app for these features then trust me, this is perfect!

Excellent application, everything works more than well. Something I want to highlight is the support team, when I needed help with a problem in the template they Jennie answered me quickly and efficiently and Nguyen Kim Tung solved it in the same way, fast and efficient. It did not take more than 1 day to solve the problem and I can now use the application with all its functions. The application performs very well when it comes to placing budgets which were very useful to improve my product file.

I used this app to show the labels on the collection page. I've occasionally had problems getting labels exactly how I want them because of conflicts with the custom theme we use, but the support team has been excellent in quickly correcting such issues. I sincerely appreciate Jena Nguyen's assistance, and developer Nguyen Van Ninh completed the repair very quickly.

I would recommend Product Labels & Badges as its easy to set up and reasonably priced. When I installed I had a conflict with my theme and the support were able to fix it quickly via the chat. I also (no fault of the app had it deleted) and when I needed to set it back up again Jena Nguyen from support was helpful and patient, getting my labels back and working within minutes. I also like the feature that the labels can be set to be activated by time and date, which I'm using for Click Frenzy event.

Really simple app to use and navigate. Had some minor issues with the badge showing up in odd places due to my theme settings, but Jennie P. and Tran Duc Nam worked really quick to help solve my problem and they did a great job and had great communication with me.

Here are some of my objective comments about this Product Labels and Badges app after a period of use. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides vip support service for all customers. I seem to be quite satisfied with everything, except for a few minor display flaws. Therefore, I contacted the support team via Whatsapp for direct support. I met Jena in the support team, she helped me check the problem and found that the app was not fully compatible with the theme, she received and handled it quite quickly, even helping me to conclude all the problems so that no problem is left out. Then the technical department represented by dev Nguyen Kim Tung helped me to solve the problem in a moment. Really fast! I will definitely trust and recommend the support service above all else. Hopefully the app will continue to develop more features to truly become an excellent app, then I will be the first one to recommend for everyone :). I have been using this app to highlight our recycled fabric products and love how easy it is to use whilst keeping our branding on point. I recently had an issue with the labels not showing correctly on the product page. I contacted support and Jena along with help from their developer, Tran Duc Nam, quickly found and rectified the issue with no fuss. Thank you!

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were blocking labels from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Jena Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also asked the developer Nguyen Kim Tung to fix the issue really quickly. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they were able to do it within 24 hours of reporting it. Jena kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.
