Great app with simple to use features, even with a slight issue using on our theme, Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh were plugged in straight away to fix and solve in minutes. Highly recommended.

Easy to navigate, great look on my website and was pleasantly surprised when installing it. Added a few new badges and they really add to both the aesthetic and the function of my website. The ability to upload custom badges that match with your theme is very cool. Pricing is also on point, not too expensive. The value for money is excellent. The editor is also easy to use and manage and I love the fact that you can duplicate the badges. It saves you a lot of work. Got additional support by Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh on installing a few extra things the same morning. Their help was very friendly and considerate. The developer was able to help me the same day by installing a few things that would allow my theme and this app to match seamlessly. I hope the team will be bringing out more add ons and different apps in the near future. I will surely be the first to add them. Overal, one of the best developing teams in the Shopify app store business. Would recommend. I am a happy customer.

After using this app over a month, i would rate it as 1 star or below as a matter of fact - the labels randomly changes sizes without even you knowing and it costed us aot of sales recently as the labels across all the products were covering literally the whole product images - not letting customer view the actual product image - and it only happened only on mobile devices. would not recommend this app - get a better option out there if you can

The app is very useful and allow us to add labels to our product pages and collection pages. Really easy to use, with a smart user interface. Moreover, there is a super support team (Jena and the devs team - Pham Khanh Thien and Tran Duc Nam-), who quickly support the customers. We has requested their support for a small bug on our ecomerce and they solved the issue in less than a day. They are super reactive and we really appreciate their support!

Been using this app for a while now and so far absolutely cannot fault it at all. Recently had a slight hiccup where a label was showing incorrectly on a featured product block on our home page, however after reaching out to the support team, Jena Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick at lending a hand and Nguyen Kim Tung was able to fix our issue in less than a day. Jena, was also great at keeping me in the loop and updating me as to how the issue was being handled.

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time installing and selecting Labels and badges, so I contacted the support team, and Jennie was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she guided me through every little detail, from how to upload the label, how to edit the size of the label, the position of the label and so much more. She was always available and answered all of my questions whenever I needed them. After choosing the label, there was a little problem with my label and Jennie quickly fixed it. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen Kim Tung for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the label is showing up well on my store, hopefully, it will let my customers know about the Bye 2 Get 1 Free program so we can increase sales.
