TA AI Product Labels & Badges

We recently tried out the BSS Labels and Badges app on our Shopify store and we have to say, we are really impressed with its functionality and ease of use. The app allows you to create custom labels and badges that can be applied to products on your store. You can choose from a variety of pre-designed templates or create your own custom design. The customization options are extensive, allowing you to choose the size, color, text, and icon for your label or badge. What we love most about this app is the ability to set rules for when the labels or badges should be displayed. For example, you can set a rule that displays a "sale" badge for products that are currently on sale or a "new" label for products that have been added to your store within the past week. The app also allows you to preview how the labels and badges will look on your products before you apply them, which is really helpful for ensuring that they fit seamlessly into your store's design. Overall, we would highly recommend the Labels and Badges app for any Shopify store owner looking to add an extra layer of visual appeal and information to their products. It's easy to use, customizable, and adds a lot of value to your store. A big thank you to Jena and Dinh Trong Linh for their help in fixing some minor issues we encountered when setting up the app for the first time.

I'm using the app in two stores I'm running and I had a few problems with image that I uploaded. when I asked for help I received a very high explanation and patience from Gigi support, even with a video (!) showing me how to find class in inspection tools to target the problem and solve it! it was very high performance in support I encountered recently, and I would give 6 out 5 stars if I could. well appreciated ! I would also want to mention Gigi as a great support team member that really helped me solving and understanding how to work with the app, sent link and tutorials, screenshots and more informative material that help to connect to this app. Great job.

This app is making the badges and labels job much easier! I like how I have enough flexibility to control how I want it to be displayed. When there was a minor bug, their support team was so supportive and helpful.

App works great. Had a simple technical issue, but was supported by Jinny from CS and technician Van Hoan to fix it quickly.

I had some setup issues most likely related to a bad theme from ThemeForest but the app support team was very helpful and resolved it quickly. Thanks Gigi and Ngo Cuong. Fully recommend this app.

Great App, very responsive to help requests. We had a badge issue on our product image after going to a carousel format, Gigi was able to test and forward through to their dev team very quickly.

The lack of customer support has made this a 2 star app for me. I have ran into issues on 2 occasions now where it's not displaying on my theme and both times it has taken me multiple messages on separate days to get one reply from them.

Had some issues due to my theme but Jinny as the supporter and Viet Cuong as the technician were very helpful and solved the issues promptly.

This is a great little app that all websites should look at installing! I use the app for both product badges and labels, which creates a more pleasing display of my products. Gigi is the supporter and she's fantastic, she's quick to get back to me, and understands what issues I have had (that were fixed within the next day!). Ta Cuong is the technician as he did a great job implenting the improvements as per request that Gigi forwarded to him efficiently. I will be a permanent user of this app :) The app doesn't sound essential, but it really is, it was exactly what I needed and all types of businesses would benefit from it. I use the product subtitles to display '100g' for each lolly I stock, so that I don't need to waste title space to include '100g', and I use the product badges to display the GF symbols on relevant products. I pay to include the feature of applying all labels and badges with product tags, which is a life saver, and very cheap. I will use this app for when my store has sales and other promotions, to display it as a badge on the product images, and would tag relevant products with 'sale' to make it efficient :) Thank you so much Gigi and Ta Cuong!
