Had a question about using the app but Jena & Pham Cong Thanh managed to help me get it set up how i wanted quickly! Would highly recommend.

The app is good and easy to use. Support helped me fix it when I changed themes and it broke. There are a lot of badges to choose from but I uploaded my own. Its great.

I can't find any better app than it! Thanks to Gigi and Cong Thanh for their help, they are really patient and professional, help me to complete any details I want to modify, no matter where you want to put the bandage and label, they can do it!

the customer service agent Gigi is excellent, replying fast and helping me check our settings step by step with patience the features I like the most are country restrictions and exclude product tags, but if it can add the feature "exclude collections", it'll be perfect

Great product and great service. It has helps us open up to new markets and badge to customers what they can order in their area before finding out they cant order it at checkout.

What a great service and support! We found some bugs and had some issues with the integration of our theme but their developer Khanh Thien did an amazing job and helped us out and fixed it in no-time. Great app with lots of features, must have for every Shopify store owner.

Perfect app that does exactly what we needed it to. We were on a hunt for an app as a work around for an issue we had with adding overlays to our product images. We chose Product Labels & Badges as it allows for complete customization where you can upload your own design. This app was also super easy to use which was a bonus. We did have a small issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their new tech guy was right on top of the issue and fixed it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. Other than that it's a great app! Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.

We are trying this app out on the free version. At first the label wasn't showing up on the product page images as intended but after reaching out to BSS Commerce support, Jinny (supporter) and The Huy (technician) corrected the issue. The overlay/label is showing up as advertised over product images. Thank you!

This is a great app that all websites should look at installing! I use the app for both product badges and labels, which creates a more unique display of my products. Jinny is the supporter and she's fantastic, she's quick and understands what issues I have had. The app is just working as expected and it is easy to use. I'm using the app in two stores I'm running and I had a few problems with image that I uploaded. when I asked for help I received a very high explanation and patience from Gigi support, even with a video (!) showing me how to find class in inspection tools to target the problem and solve it! it was very high performance in support I encountered recently, and I would give 6 out 5 stars if I could. well appreciated ! I would also want to mention Gigi as a great support team member that really helped me solving and understanding how to work with the app, sent link and tutorials, screenshots and more informative material that help to connect to this app. Great job.
