OPTIS Product Options, Variant

Only been using it for a few days, but so far so good. First experience with support has also been positive.

Very happy with this app and the options it has. Perfect for my website!

Wonderful add on to my e-commerce store. Very easy to use and enables custom options for items. The support team is fantastic and super helpful too - they're the best!

Customer service is so helpful and quick! Highly recommend.

This app has given us more than a simple solution to the variant problem with Shopify. It has a large number of features that help us provide all the customisation we want to provide for our customers. Julie and her team have been especially helpful with resolving any compatibility or technical issues with our site's features. This really is a company that care about their customers and we greatly appreciate their support team for being there for us, which is a large reason why we have loyalty to BSS.

I had a lot of custom things to style and make it work together with tax display, quantity break, volume discount and many more. The team always tried to find the best solution and JULIE is a real gem in customer communication and very reliable in taking care of your needs. Highly recommend and congrats to JULIE for doing such an awesome job.

Wow - I reached out to fix a technical issue and Julie was so kind and professional and explained everything clearly and fixed the issue quickly. Amazing service!!!

It took me long time find such tool with infinite options that apply discount, and the service is world-class!

GREAT, The free version by far is better than any other free app I have used for personalization. I have also used the help chat and they were very helpful & fast in solving my issue.

Great customer service, I just uploaded to the next tier. Im loving the customer service of this company, top notch !! hebe, has held my hand by teaching me how to set this app up on my shopify store. Best, Customer service!!!

This is a fantastic variant app. We had a huge amount of variants as our users essentially build a kit of our product. The team have gone above and beyond, supporting us during development before we were a customer and of course during our subscription. Just absolutely amazing support. I highly recommend this app.

Incredibly helpful support and an excellent app!

If you need to expand options within products and Shopify is not enough for you, then this application is ideal. We solved the problem of how to pass multiple parameters and generate dynamic code that merges at the end. Thanks to the BSS: Product variant options team, they customized the add-on for us and it works perfectly! I can definitely recommend it.

Easy to use but I hope you can improve the CSS of this app.

Julie Is the best!! outstanding customer service!! app is easy to set up, I needed help and it was late at night and they still helped me.
