I only marked 4 stars, because no one is perfect. That being said, they are as close to it as I have found so far. Had another customization app that was just not working, tried Optis, and everything worked as described and much more intuitive than the last, and where I found issues (usually because I did something wrong) their customer service helped me immediately. Even going so far as to correct the visual aesthetic the way I wanted. So far they are the best I have found and would recommend to anyone looking for option customization for their Shopify Pages. Very good app that does what it promises. It’s reliable, easy to use, and the support team is impressively responsive and helpful. I’ve had a smooth experience overall with no major issues. That said, there’s still room for improvement — a few additional features and small refinements would make it truly excellent. Also, please stop pushing customers to leave reviews so frequently, as it can feel a bit intrusive. Looking forward to future updates. Definitely worth trying.

I would give it 5 stars but the upload file option is not free, however the customer service has been excellent so far!

Amazing Support & Reliable App! I’ve been using OPTIS for my Shopify store and I can confidently say their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Even though I’m not very tech-savvy and my requests for product options were quite complicated, their team has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. They made the whole process smooth and reassuring, always ready to help until everything worked perfectly. If you’re looking for an app with not just great functionality but also a team that truly cares, OPTIS is the one. Highly recommend! The nearly got 5 stars but once they've add on the extra extra feature that i need, i will give them a proper 5.

This app was so easy to setup and a breeze to use. :D Up until now, I've used this app to create text areas on my webpage and the process was a cake walk. Would definitely recommend the app and the team helped me remove the watermark within minutes. What more could I ask for?

OPTIS is a great way to overcome the variation limit default in your Shopify store. This add-on allows very easy integration and customization of your products. I don't like the subscription-based model, especially for smaller businesses such as mine; I have submitted a request to the company to provide another product tier that allows a one-time purchase of the add-on that has a limited number of product customizations. Larger sales volumes can afford a monthly add-on but some of us need to grow into that capability and would be better served by a single purchase until we get there. Subscription aside, the product itself is very good and useful.
