Customer service is excellent! If you need assistance they have a chat feature and will walk you through whatever you need help with. I have never had such a great experience with any shopify app like this.

Optis has been fantastic to work with. Their customer support is easily the best I’ve experienced on Shopify, with fast response times and clear guidance. They’ve helped me with some fairly technical questions and setup steps, and everything has been handled smoothly. The app itself is running perfectly so far and has been a great addition to my store. Highly recommend.

This app is great, it does exactly what I need it to do, after trying several different ones out there and having nothing but issues, I find OPTIS. Their app is easy to use and their customer service is beyond extraordinary as the full team helped me over the long Thanksgiving holiday getting my site situated with their app and answered all questions from me. Highly recommend!

Works very well, easy to integrate and setup. Upon any questions, their support is outstanding, especially Lin and Cassie, huge shoutout to them. We had a custom request and they handled it in literally a few minutes. Great product, great support and great overall experience!

Installation was simple and it was very convenient to use. Customer service was also very patient in helping to solve problems. Most importantly, there was a free trial plan available. If I need it later, I will definitely upgrade to the plan!
