This app has been a game changer for customizing product variants for subscription service. It’s very flexible, and makes managing complex options simple. Their customer support is excellent; they helped us tweak our setup quickly and got everything running perfectly.

I’ve had a great experience with OPTIS so far. The app makes it really easy to set up advanced product options and add-ons that Shopify alone doesn’t support. The support team is excellent – they respond quickly and really care about solving the issue. Special thanks to Lin, who guided me patiently and even coordinated with the developers to install advanced features directly into my theme. The whole process was smooth, clear, and professional. If you need flexible product options and great support, this app is definitely worth it!

This plugin save me the life with my store, I had a difficult case with my variants in product, and I could solve with this plug in, I have to refer all the supports that helped me with my case, who were patience and resolvings, Ruki, Cassie, thanks a lot

The Optis customer service team is always responsive and helpful when I have questions or concerns, but even cooler is that they often review my site and usage and offer my options that they think may streamline my processes or enhance customer experience on my site.

Excellent app. I love being able to manage large numbers of colour options witout haveing to enter dozens of variant SKUs.

Thank you so much! Been up all night trying to make my plan work and this App helped with my customized feature. I talked to other Tech supports from diff Apps and they weren't able to help me. OPTIS' Live Agent is very helpful and they reply fast (Shoutout to Katlyn!) . The CS and the Dev Team of OPTIS are superb! I will continue buying this Plan. :) This is a big help for non-tech people like me. Now, I can continue using my Shop with ease. Their UI is also the best among the others. Thanks, really! I'm so happyyy! <3
