Excellent customer service, I am extremely impressed. Some of my questions were so obvious but were met with patience and helpful guidance. The app itself is amazing and works so well, I highly recommend this. Julie has been exceptional!!

I had a hard time to find an app that has multiple variant options including file upload, and this app has it all! I also only found this out because I had an issue with another app which I was using the file upload for, and the BSS support chat Julie told me that it's all possible here. I also love the fact that chat is available when many apps don't offer that. She stayed with me the whole time of reinstalling to get what I needed! I recommend this app to everyone who is offering custom products for people!

This app offers excellent customer service; every time I’ve had an issue, the support team has been prompt, professional, and incredibly patient, which makes using the app a breeze. The features are comprehensive and cover a wide range of needs. Additionally, the setup options are straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to configure everything in no time. I have tried around 5 other apps and this is by far the best! So easy to use, not glitchy, great customer service. Highly recommend!
