It has great options. I wish some of the advanced ones were included. But I can live without those for now. Very Helpful tech support!

Excellent customer service! They patiently helped me through various issues across 2 different customer service agents on 2 different days. Their support systems seem robust.

If you sell items that have customization options (like giving the option to select a specific type of accessory with a product and even making that a mandatory selection) this is the way to do it! There is a free option as well as a couple tiers of pay options depending on how much customization you want or need. I've been trying to do this with Shopify's Variants since I created the site but could never get it the way I wanted without doubling my inventory numbers just to allow the options. I saw this, added the app and created several options in a few minutes with no issues and it does EXACTLY what I need. Well worth the look!

This is a great app. The customer service is awesome. I was having some issues being new to all this and the gentlemen i spoke with was so amazng and helpful. Guided me step by step and was so patient. Highly recomned for anyone.
We've had some challenges building our new website for the first time. When we had issues, we contacted OPTIS, and they always found a way to help us out. They are EXTREMELY quick with responses, and if the correspondent you're working with doesn't have the exact right answer, someone from the OPTIS team is always there to find the best solution for your business.
The application is clear. For a self-taught person like me, it is a little harder to navigate what and how to do correctly so that everything is as it should be. I see the language interface as a great advantage. There are not many applications that support the Czech language. Thank you to the entire team, Lin, Lina, Katlyn and Christine for the patience they have with me.
