We switched to OPTIS after having trouble with a different app and it's been great! Katlyn and the rest of the customer support team are awesome, and the app has the functionality we were looking for. All around great experience so far!

I use OPTIS Product Options, Variant on my Custom Engraved Jewellery store, and it has been a game-changer for offering personalisation. My products often have multiple customisation options, and this app handles them beautifully without making my product pages feel cluttered. The setup was straightforward, and I'll be investing in the paid version soon as I love that it’s easy to style the option layouts so they blend seamlessly with my brand. The conditional logic is a big plus, it only shows relevant fields when needed, which keeps the shopping experience smooth for my customers. Customer support has also been fantastic! Quick to respond and very helpful with making adjustments so everything runs perfectly. If you sell customisable or made-to-order items, this app is worth every cent!
