I am so grateful for the OPTIS team - their customer service was amazing and the functionality of the app is exactly what I was needing. Specifically, the ability to link other products to the product options is a game changer! I had previously set up my entire website using a clunky bundling app and tried putting a product customizer app on top of that (to add personalization details). After the first order came through and I was unable to see any of the customer's personalization, I learned that bundling apps aren't compatible with personalization apps. GAH! OPTIS was the most perfect solution to my problem!

Optis product option is best app we are using the team is super fast , when you need they immediately comes and solved the issue , we really appreciate entire app dev to create this type app , we will consider for other stores also and promote with friends circle

I installed the app yesterday and, so far, I’ve been really impressed. I’ve been able to add text boxes to my product listings so that customers can share information with me in order for me to customise their order. I have used the ‘chat’ function twice now for support, and the customer service has been excellent - the advisers have been quick to respond and very helpful.

Cassie, tech support, was excellent in helping me with setting up my product page by providing me with a couple of solutions to linking product variant to add-on variant. She was very diligent and willing to help me on Saturday evening!

The App works well. Custom options are a good feature to the website, as many times you are limited to the default. Great customer service and support, answering and reacting straight away. Tech guys are running through your requests and fixing the issues you are getting during the customization.

I hardly ever leave reviews but the service was just that good. The app is extremely easy to use compared to other's I've tried and the customer service is top notch. I thought it would take a day to get a response and it took a few minutes. Cassie helped me for a while fine tuning everything to my liking. Happy to have found this app!

My own developer is on holiday so I had to fix everything myself. I had some problems with the add ons, but Cassie was very helpfull and she even noticed a different problem that I had not seen my self. So thank you for that.

Fantastic app! The customization features are exactly what I was looking for, and the support team was quick to assist with my custom requests. I highly recommend it if you need a way to create custom product options and adjust pricing based on user selections.
