Je n’ai pas encore testé toutes les fonctionnalités, mais pour l’usage que j’en fais, le service est très clair et bien expliqué. C’est vraiment agréable, notamment avec les vidéos YouTube. Le support via le chat est aussi très rapide et réactif. Merci beaucoup !

I am absolutely amazed by the service I’ve received. I recently switched from another app that cost nearly twice as much and constantly forced me to create add-on products when all I wanted was simple price adjustments tied to variants and options. With Optis Product Options, everything works seamlessly exactly the way I needed it to. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support team. The customer service has been exceptional. They responded quickly, helped me set up specific option rules I needed, and even went as far as writing custom code to make a custom option work exactly the way I envisioned. It’s rare to find support that is this responsive and genuinely helpful. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of service I’ve received has been outstanding. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible product options backed by an incredible support team.

It seems to be the right fit for my products. There are many options that I present to my customers and it makes my website successful. People are willing to buy because they are truly getting something that fits their taste. It just makes the requirements of the web design quite demanding. I just started setting it up but OPTIS product options has got me on the right path after many days of trying to get it done right.

Chat help is excellent. They were able to answer all my questions, install some advanced features and make sure everything was working right on the first chat.
Lin has helped me out with a lot of situations and I like how she handles my request. She has been exceptionally helpful to me at all times. I was here last night and she assisted me well.
