L’application est extrêmement bien conçue : intuitive, agréable à utiliser et très complète. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le service après-vente, qui est tout simplement irréprochable. À chaque question ou besoin, l’équipe répond avec une réactivité bluffante, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Ils trouvent des solutions rapidement, font les modifications pour moi sans que j’aie à insister, et le tout avec le sourire (même à distance !). On sent qu’il y a une vraie écoute et une envie sincère d’aider.

Just discovered this app today!! It was extremely easy to navigate and set up. I did need help with the advance settings and the virtual help was fantastic. She got the job done plus more! Highly recommend.

Super intuitive and easy to set up — got my custom product options running in no time. And everything works seamlessly. I really appreciate how it lets me offer more flexibility to my customers. Plus, the support team is fast and super helpful. Definitely a must-have for any Shopify store wanting to enhance their product pages!
