Customer service is excellent! If you need assistance they have a chat feature and will walk you through whatever you need help with. I have never had such a great experience with any shopify app like this.

This app is great, it does exactly what I need it to do, after trying several different ones out there and having nothing but issues, I find OPTIS. Their app is easy to use and their customer service is beyond extraordinary as the full team helped me over the long Thanksgiving holiday getting my site situated with their app and answered all questions from me.
