Love this app! It's given us the solution we need for multiple variants in an easy to use way. The customer service is wonderful - I had a problem with some coding after an update and the devs sorted it out quickly for me.

I’ve had a great experience with OPTIS so far. The app makes it really easy to set up advanced product options and add-ons that Shopify alone doesn’t support. The support team is excellent – they respond quickly and really care about solving the issue. Special thanks to Lin, who guided me patiently and even coordinated with the developers to install advanced features directly into my theme. The whole process was smooth, clear, and professional. If you need flexible product options and great support, this app is definitely worth it!

The Optis customer service team is always responsive and helpful when I have questions or concerns, but even cooler is that they often review my site and usage and offer my options that they think may streamline my processes or enhance customer experience on my site.
