It seems to be the right fit for my products. There are many options that I present to my customers and it makes my website successful. People are willing to buy because they are truly getting something that fits their taste. It just makes the requirements of the web design quite demanding. I just started setting it up but OPTIS product options has got me on the right path after many days of trying to get it done right.

Chat help is excellent. They were able to answer all my questions, install some advanced features and make sure everything was working right on the first chat.
Lin has helped me out with a lot of situations and I like how she handles my request. She has been exceptionally helpful to me at all times. I was here last night and she assisted me well. Great little app, the team are very friendly and quick to help! I'm no developer and can't code, I needed help to set the website up and it's very valuable to me to be able to access help when I need it.

Their support is phenomenal ie. super responsive and willing to make enhancements. Once you grasp the basics of the app it is very quick to configure & really quite logical. I am now using this instead of my previous product option app & after a few weeks it's going really well. Definitely recommend 110%.

With the help of this app, we configured the custom fields we needed and successfully use them in our automated workflows (sending data via API). The app is convenient to use and flexible enough to implement the logic we required. The support team responds quickly and genuinely helps to clarify any configuration details.
