As a new and inexperienced Shopify user, it was super easy to get started. OPTIS offers a large variety of options, so I was able to tailor everything exactly to my needs. I used their Support Chat a few times (for some questions), and I can honestly say: 11 out of 10 stars – they are incredible and lightning fast to respond. Special thanks to Cassie & Lily! Cassie even answered my questions on a Sunday evening! Once my shop gets more traffic, I’ll happily upgrade my plan for even more customizable features.

Optis Product Options is hands down one of the best apps I've used on Shopify. The app itself is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers all the flexibility I need to create custom product options without hassle. There's plenty of built-in documentation, but what really sets this app apart is the top-tier customer support. Their team is truly amazing—responsive day and night, always willing to work with you to make whatever you need happen. I’ve contacted them several times with custom requests, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond to deliver fast, personalized solutions. If you're looking for a reliable product variant app backed by a team that actually cares, this is the one. Highly recommended!

This has been a game-changer for my Shopify store! It’s incredibly easy to set up and gives me full flexibility to offer customizations and product variants that Shopify alone doesn’t support. The app interface is the best out there, it's clean and easy to navigate with many options for customizations. The support team is amazing! I have been searching for a solution to be able to link inventory to sample packs without Shopify treating it like a bundle with add-on prices. After trying multiple other paid apps and reaching out to Shopify over the course of many years, there was never anything that worked, and it made inventory tracking for samples impossible. The OPTIS team was fantastic and very responsive. Cassie and Katlyn both helped me figure out a workaround in less than a day and were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

I am pretty rubbish with technology, setting up my website felt like a huge challenge so the time and effort I received from the Optis team was so needed and appreciated. They were patient, helpful and friendly and in the end I got everything I needed for the website. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

10/10 — Best Shopify App Out There! I’ve tested 3 or 4 of the top-rated apps in this category, and this one is clearly the winner. The interface is clean, well-designed, and incredibly easy to navigate — everything just feels polished and professional. What really sets this app apart is the team behind it. Their support is outstanding: they respond almost instantly and fix any small issue or detail in the blink of an eye. It’s rare to find a combination of such a great product and such a dedicated, responsive team. Highly recommended. 10/10!
