Even though I've only interacted with Bella online, she's been incredibly kind and customer-friendly. She's quick to respond, helpful, and always communicates in a warm and professional way. It's clear she truly cares about giving great service. Highly recommended!

Super Amazing, I get an answer really quick and the people are very handsome. 5 Star for sure. Using this in my store is a big advantage for it and I very great full, also with free version you can do a lot of things, for me at the moment it's enough.

Great app. Had a few things to fix in the beginning (due to our theme) but the customer service/dev team did a great job and now everything works perfectly. 100% recommend.

Really useful tool that enables more product options and has already increased my AOV. Never experienced an app with such a helpful team, always on hand to answer questions and go above and beyond to support and provide service. Highly recommend!

The app is beyond our expectations. We were able to install a very satisfactory app. In addition to fixing errors, customer support provided detailed assistance tailored to the site. We were impressed that the app company went to such lengths to assist me. Goede app om productopties toe te voegen. Ik zit nu nog op het gratis plan wat basis functies heeft, bij het goed lopen van de producten overweeg ik een upgrade. Klantenservice is aardig, je wordt direct geholpen.

Oh my goodness, this is EXACTLY what I needed for my store! After trying to get things working on Wix, I realized that it just could not do what I needed it to, so I moved back to Shopify. As I attempted to determine how to configure multiple color options, I began to feel frustrated. And then, I found OPTIS Product Options. Game changer! I sell products on my site that can be customized by the user in different colors. The problem with 3D printing filaments is that some don't mix. I needed a way to answer that problem, and OTPIS Product Options has solved it! When you select a filament type, it allows you to choose colors that are compatible with that filament type, and it won't let you mix them. What a time-saver this would have been had I made the move so much quicker. Shout out to Cherry and Cassie for helping to figure a few things out!

I just installed the app and had issues with my theme code not being compatible. I spoke with Cassie at 9pm on a Friday after the automated message said they were out on weekends. She replied right away and fixed everything for me on the spot. Best customer service I have ever had. Give that girl a raise!
