BSS Product Options, Variant

I have used this app for 2 different websites. Jonas is absolutely amazing & is so helpful. Like most companies/apps, if it is a weekend & I have any questions, I often won't hear from anyone until Monday. I say this for anyone to keep in mind if they need help on a Saturday to understand you may not hear from someone until the weekend is over. I give them 5 Star service when it's Monday-Friday. However, it's very rare that I need to contact them. It's only in the beginning where I had more questions & needed help. As time goes on, I don't need to contact them very much now that things are set up. Since I've downloaded the app, I've seen so many upgrades & changes, which really gives me confidence that even though they are new, they are focused on improvement. I could go into so many specifics & details on how Jonas had helped me but I feel like my review would be so long & not relatable. The best I can say is that I've used all the features BBS offers & I've had the most complex questions. Sometimes I would even ask about adding tiny features that I didn't think were even possible, BBS found ways to make it happen within 8 hours. I highly recommend this app!

I use this application a lot to have each product that I sell well organized and it gives my clients a super advantage and they love it! Yesterday I had a minor problem with the app so I asked the customer service for help, they were super fast and solved my problem in less than 3 hours. thank you Emma and her technician for solving the problem and making my online store work perfectly again.

Switched from a different app to this one and LOVE it! Integrates with the font and style of my theme unlike other apps. Wonderful customer service that helped immediately with integration into my purchased theme. Works great! Keep up the good work :)

I was very happy with the additional support of the support team. I had a little bug on my website where it wouldn't show the picture in my checkout page. Within minutes I was talking to Emma from their support team. She helped out very quickly and was friendly as well. Wish all apps were like this!

This is the most helpful app I've come across in a while. It was really easy to use and I had no trouble doing anything. The support team is amazing and helped me solve any problem that came up, no matter how big or small (big shout-out to Emma & Pham Ngoc Hoang). I can't wait to see what this app does in the future!

I searched for an app that would allow me to have multiple variations of my items and was not able to find any other app that was as easy to use or as professional. I am able to list well over 1000 variations for each of my items. Support for this app is also crazy fast and crazy good, as they were able to customize my packing slip code for me! I really love this app! It’s free and highly functional. It’s also really easy to use. I got great support from Annie Tran, the customer supporter, and Ngo Viet Cuong, the tech guy. They answer me very quickly and fix the issue very well. I would highly recommend this app to everyone. It's a whole new level of functionality and customer support. PLEASE READ!!! I have a custom order business so not only do I need more variant options, but I need file upload, text box & other options. After downloading about 20 different variant/options apps, this one was the best. Even the variant apps that had way more reviews & way more downloads, this one was the winner. I literally took 8 days to play around with all of the apps, made pros & cons lists, plus tested the function within my site on listings. After pretty much studying them all, I finally narrowed the best down to 2 different apps... 1. another app, we will call "App X" (seemed to have it all, but I didn't like the look of the boxes. It was more cosmetic.) & 2. this app "Product & Variants Options" (had everything I needed plus I loved the look, but I didn't like how the placement was appearing on my product page, as it had a tiny glitch. I knew if it couldn't be fixed I'd have to go with "App X"). Before I could make a decision, I messaged both apps customer service. Within 24 hours, someone from this app fixed the issue for me (this was a weekday. Weekends could be different). The placement on the product page is exactly where I hoped it would be & the glitch was fixed. "App X" took about 4 days longer to respond to me & ultimately never fixed the concern I had. Most people just download an app, test it out & delete if they don't like. And most people also just go with the app with the most reviews. I can vouch that I did the work & the research. Trust me! Save your time & download this app now. And if you have an issue, be patient & contact customer service. Im sure they will help! Ottima applicazione, funziona benissimo e risolve il limite delle opzioni che Shopify ha impostato a 3 e delle varianti (che di default sono 100 per prodotto). L'app è nuova ma promette di essere molto utile. Jonas dell'assistenza clienti è sempre molto disponibile! Excellent application, it works great and solves the limit of the options that Shopify has set to 3 and of the variants (which by default are 100 per product). The app is new but promises to be very useful. Jonas from customer support is always very helpful!

Tested every product options app, originally went will HULK product options but we couldn't add the options via product tag. BSS app is much simpliar in creating option sets, and the edit in cart is much better. With upcoming features such as file upload, date picker, price addons it is sure looking great for the future. One thing that is missing is a character counter for text fields, a counter is such a simple yet useful feature for customers, I have requested this feature to the devs and hoping they add it to the upcoming feature list. With this and the other upcoming features when implemented will become the best product options app on the store. One downside is when adding a option type, you need to add 'Option name', 'Label on Product page' and 'Label on Cart page'. This becomes a bit tedious when creating many, the product and cart ones should default to the 'Option name' entered unless modified. Works with ajax cart and buy it now button. Support is quick and helpful! Looking forward to trying out the new upcoming features! Thank you.

Absolute lifesaver! As a newly launched app - all functions are up to expectation and it's one of the best app I used for adding custom text fields & buttons. It's user-friendly too and customer support is on point! Pham Ngoc Hoang & Jonas services are on point when they came to aid me with some technical issue - can't wait for more exciting features! If you are still looking for a good app - get this for FREE! and works the same as most paid apps out there.

I am just implementing this app on a new collection on my jewellery website...with over 30 different gemstone options combined with different chain lengths and matt or polished finishes the permutations are vast. This app is a breeze to use and seems to work seemlessly. You can choose the products you want to add it to and give different options for different products. Extremely versatile. I do need an option for an add on price for a couple of the options so spoke to Emma at BSS help - apparently this option will be available shortly and still free. (Emma was super helpful). Loving it!
