OPTIS Product Options, Variant

This app is quite useful if you need to add variants or options for your products in Shopify. The customer care team and the technical team are also very helpful. They replied the live chat very quickly and solved the problem efficiently and patiently. Thanks Lin and the techinical team behind for being professional and supportive, you guys made my day :)

This app has been really easy to use and the support has been quick and helpful. I love that I can add question forms within my product pages. I haven't come across another app that does this so simply. No issues at all.

Customer service is excellent! If you need assistance they have a chat feature and will walk you through whatever you need help with. I have never had such a great experience with any shopify app like this.

Works very well, easy to integrate and setup. Upon any questions, their support is outstanding, especially Lin and Cassie, huge shoutout to them. We had a custom request and they handled it in literally a few minutes. Great product, great support and great overall experience!

Installation was simple and it was very convenient to use. Customer service was also very patient in helping to solve problems. Most importantly, there was a free trial plan available. If I need it later, I will definitely upgrade to the plan!
