Highly Recommended – Intuitive, Flexible & Outstanding Support! I've tried three other apps before to handle product options and variants in my Shopify store, but none of them came close to this one. The interface here is super intuitive and easy to use — finally an app where you don’t need a manual just to get started. One big plus: customizing the style is a breeze. Everything looks clean and matches my store’s design perfectly. On top of that, you can add advanced logic and even images to your options — exactly what I was looking for! And the support? Absolutely on point. I had an issue where my options weren’t showing up in the cart slider. I reached out via chat and spoke with the lovely Lin — she immediately forwarded it to a developer, and boom, the issue was fixed in no time. That’s how customer service should be! Bottom line: This app ticks all the boxes — functionality, design, ease of use, and customer support. You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer. Big thanks to the whole team!

Dopo svariate ricerche per trovare l'applicazione più funzionale e intuitiva per la personalizzazione dei prodotti ho trovato OPTIS. Questa è una delle migliori app di questo tipo (se non la migliore). Ha un design intuitivo ma comunque professionale. Lo staff è disponibile, socievole e soprattutto competente. Sicuramente consigliata a chiunque come me che ha un sito dove la personalizzazione dei prodotti è fondamentale.

I've just started using this app and the customer support is great, all answers have been answered quickly and have helped me understand how I can use the app to its full potential. I have alot of products with alot of options/variants so this app is perfect for me to use. I would hightly recommend the app and the service. Thank you

The customer service from OPTIS Product Options, Variant is really great! On Friday evening (German time), when it was three o'clock in the morning, the customer service answered me immediately. My problem was also fixed the very next working day. Which was really super and fast! The app is easy to use and very intuitive. The features included in the advanced version are completely adequate for my purposes and really very good. I'm looking forward to my store going live and my customers having a great shopping experience thanks to this app.

Je viens d'installer l'application, l'interface est efficace. Le point fort ? l'assistance est au top. Ils ont tout fait pour que l'application fonctionne correctement malgrè mon thème incompatible. Well done !

Great app - Does exactly what I need. Nothing is too much for the customer service/Tech team. I've request many changes in terms of layout, design etc and they've made the changes to suit my website as needed. Katlyn from the live chat has helped me on more than one occassion and was a huge help with me setting up the app and implementing it to how I needed
