Really great service. I faced several issues in app but they resolve it immidately, great customer support!

This app allowed us to finally get around the default 3 option set that shopify allows. A lot of really cool features and even some advanced features that you can ask to be installed by their developer. We've run into a challenges, each time the support team (Katlyn, Cherry, Lin, etc) have all been very quick and helpful getting it resolved. Communication was fast and easy!

The response from cms-option.optis.me was timed out. I haven't been able to log in for a week.

Honestly so impressed. I don't usually like doing this sort of this and this was SEAMLESS. customer service is amazing too

So far pretty amazing! Straight forward, easy to figure out, and I'm able to add a lot of options for customizing candles that I was limited in beforehand! Lots of options to customize, definitely recommend this app!!

Lin was very kind and walked me through the process of getting assistance to resolve my concern quickly, like within minutes it was awesome!! im still navigating all the settings and options available like the templates and things, feels like trying to pick a meal at cheese cake factory lol but with Lins assistance things are going smoothly and im learning quite a bit more about shopify in the process. the customer support is top notch!!

Wide range of options with very responsive and helpful support team

This is exactly what I've been looking for. Super easy to add a price calculator to each product with different sets of options, quantities, and add-ons. Incredible live support is extremely helpful.
