We’ve been using Product Options by BSS on our Shopify store and are extremely satisfied. The app provides exactly the flexibility we need to configure our products in a user-friendly and visually appealing way. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, just what you want on a live store. This app has worked really well for me. The add-on pricing is the best. Being able to have the variants be a separate add-on price means i can apply a single option set to multiple products that have different base prices. Normally you would have to calculate and add in each price manually. This makes it so much easier and saves HOURS, I wish there was something like this for Etsy too.

Great app that helped us work around the 100 variant limit. Was able to completely design the options set to match our theme. The tech support is super fast and always solves your issues.

The app itself is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers all the flexibility I need to create custom product options without hassle. There's plenty of built-in documentation, but what really sets this app apart is the top-tier customer support. Their team is truly amazing—responsive day and night, always willing to work with you to make whatever you need happen. The app interface is the best out there, it's clean and easy to navigate with many options for customizations. The support team is amazing! I have been searching for a solution to be able to link inventory to sample packs without Shopify treating it like a bundle with add-on prices. After trying multiple other paid apps and reaching out to Shopify over the course of many years, there was never anything that worked, and it made inventory tracking for samples impossible. The OPTIS team was fantastic and very responsive. Cassie and Katlyn both helped me figure out a workaround in less than a day and were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

I am pretty rubbish with technology, setting up my website felt like a huge challenge so the time and effort I received from the Optis team was so needed and appreciated. They were patient, helpful and friendly and in the end I got everything I needed for the website. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
