Highly recommend this app if you need to create complex product options with conditional logic. Excellent support and response time. The team helped me set up my shop and it looks great at the same time. Special thanks to Cherry for being so helpful!

I'm using the app now for several month and I'm very happy with it. It offers all features for hundrets of variants and many possibilities to adjust the design. I raised a few questions to the support during the first set up and the team is awesome - never seen such fast respond and effort to answer al my questions. I've tried several other Apps for Variants but this offers the most useful features and I feel confident to have the support always available in case I need support. 100% recommended

First impressions count for a lot... my first impressions of OPTIS and the support I received from Julie and the tech team fully deserve a 5-star rating. It has only been 24 hours and our first option set delivered exactly what we needed - the ability for customers to choose 'no packaging' for their pillow and duvet purchases, and they save $$$. The option I selected needs customization. The personnel helped me solve the issue within 24 hours. The live chat system is convenient and helpful. Just one thing, the team is a little of overactively seeking for reviews, even asked me provide a review at midnight 12 am. Except that, everything is good.

Excellent Product Options App! After struggling with complex and unhelpful alternatives, OPTIS Product Options, Variant stands out. I have had this app for about a month. 5 out of 5 stars. Easy to use and the customer service is unbelievably fast and accurate. I needed a little help getting the options to show on the customer's order confirmation, they took care of it very quickly. I needed help getting the option to show in the new order emails to my staff, they took care of it very quickly. I cannot recommend this app enough if you sell personalized products like we do. It even plays nice with shopify's product variants.

Hazel, Katlyn and Cassie, those three of them very kindly helped me correct the errors that my online store had, they did a great job and I am very happy and grateful, this OPTIS application perfectly complements my online bake sale store, I highly recommend it for all those products that you need different types of variants, this application is perfect and will save you time and money.
