so far so good, using a free version which is enough for my small brand. The options blend seamlessly with my page. I may upgrade later to get all options. i was advised some useful changes before removing the watermark.

I was having technical difficulties and reached out to their customer service. I spoke with Julie and she was so pleasant and easy to work with. She reached out to me on the live chat relatively quickly and answered every one of my questions thoroughly and knowledgably. She even offered to assist me with things before I was able to ask for additional help. I decided to consolidate all of my services onto this app because of how wonderful the customer service is (on top of the quality of the app itself of course). Thank you so much for the exceptional assistance Julie, you are a wonderful asset to your team!

Okay. So this works well! Conditional logic, reasonably easy UI. But here's my only gripe. I can't see running a webstore without optional price addons. Why shopify isn't offering this baked in is beyond me. Even so. I'd rather have OPTIS than not especially because shopify just doesn't have this baked in. While the price change did hurt that doesn't make it a bad thing. The devs clearly are working on and improving things and that deserves support. I wish there was more 'tiered' options for smaller businesses but at least this isn't 50$/month+

This app and the support team are lifesavers! Without it and their constant significantly awesome support i would not have been able to migrate my website to shopify. My business model requires custom product selections and is an absolute necessity. Thank you so much to this amazing team! i don't easily recommend apps but with them i can tell you, you are wasting a golden business opportunity if you don't include what they can offer to your business and your customers. Customer service is a dying trade and they truly made my migration to shopify an easy experience. i really would not have been able to have my new website without them. Well done team!

Just installed this and have had an excellent experience thus far. Quicker communication than expected, very friendly and professional. I asked for help, and very quickly after that had an email back saying it was complete, double checked, and that I was all set. Thank you!
