The app interface is the best out there, it's clean and easy to navigate with many options for customizations. The support team is amazing! I have been searching for a solution to be able to link inventory to sample packs without Shopify treating it like a bundle with add-on prices. After trying multiple other paid apps and reaching out to Shopify over the course of many years, there was never anything that worked, and it made inventory tracking for samples impossible. The OPTIS team was fantastic and very responsive. Cassie and Katlyn both helped me figure out a workaround in less than a day and were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

I am pretty rubbish with technology, setting up my website felt like a huge challenge so the time and effort I received from the Optis team was so needed and appreciated. They were patient, helpful and friendly and in the end I got everything I needed for the website. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

10/10 — Best Shopify App Out There! I’ve tested 3 or 4 of the top-rated apps in this category, and this one is clearly the winner. The interface is clean, well-designed, and incredibly easy to navigate — everything just feels polished and professional. What really sets this app apart is the team behind it. Their support is outstanding: they respond almost instantly and fix any small issue or detail in the blink of an eye. It’s rare to find a combination of such a great product and such a dedicated, responsive team. Highly recommended. 10/10!

Cooles Plugin zur Anpassung der von Bestellungen. Biete viele tolle Möglichkeiten und auch die kostenfreie Version kann man gut verwenden. Auch der Service ist top. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe und gute Tipps.

Its good value for money, and the team is super responsive. I need a few things like activating the cart drawer and showing the updated price and custom options selected options within the cart drawer. And their team was able to help me out within minutes. And the cherry on top, while their technical team helped me with this, their team updated all the colors of the plugin to match the branding on my website.
