I have had this app for about a month. 5 out of 5 stars. Easy to use and the customer service is unbelievably fast and accurate. I needed a little help getting the options to show on the customer's order confirmation, they took care of it very quickly. I needed help getting the option to show in the new order emails to my staff, they took care of it very quickly. I cannot recommend this app enough if you sell personalized products like we do. It even plays nice with shopify's product variants.

Hazel, Katlyn and Cassie, those three of them very kindly helped me correct the errors that my online store had, they did a great job and I am very happy and grateful, this OPTIS application perfectly complements my online bake sale store, I highly recommend it for all those products that you need different types of variants, this application is perfect and will save you time and money.

The guys over at OPTIS are fantastic, they make creating product variations simple and straightforward! My shop looks excellent and my customers can easily see pricing for add ons, it's a great app, Julie and the tech team are super efficient and very fast to at dealing with my requests! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
