I've only been using the app for a few hours but it seems like a really nice app so far. Have replaced another well known app with this and i really hope this one remains free. Had a great experience with customer service when setting it up. Both Cassie and Frank were very helpful. Setup is really straightforward. Thanks.

Super App, ich konnte so eine Checkbox zu bestimmten Produkten hinzufügen. Auch der Support ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We offer a non conventional product that needed options to let our customers customise different aspects of it. After trying out tens of different apps, we finally found what we were looking for! Special thanks to Cassie, Lily and the technical team for helping us out figure out a few issues with the coding of our theme. 100% recommended!

Best app I've tried thus far for product page customizations, including text fields, swatches, dropdown menus, and upsells. So far working like a dream and already super impressed with the tech support. Very easy to use, especially with the step-by-step guide provided after installation. Thanks so much!

Dieses Tool ist absolut Klasse. Insbesondere die kostenfreien Optionsfelder sind für uns ein super Feature. Damit können wir nicht nur Standardinformationen sammeln, die wir für die Personalisierung benötigen, sondern sogar Fotos, was uns eine nachträgliche E-Mail Kommunikation erspart. Da wir selbst viel Wert auf eine gute Customer Experience bei unseren Kunden legen, waren wir von der Handhabung des Tools echt begeistert. Wir hatten zuvor das Plugin Mini Customization Tools, das aber sehr unhandlich in der Erstellung sowie der Zuweisung von Produkten war. Bei jeder kleinen Änderung musste man den kompletten Erstellungsprozess neu durchlaufen. Mit BSS Product Options ist es deutlich einfacher. Wir haben ähnliche Produkte im Shop, die aber unterschiedliche Eingabefelder brauchen, bzw. wollen wir z.B. mit den Hilfetexten ganz spezifisch zum Produkt etwas beschreiben (als Alternative zu einem separaten Textblock der separat auf der Produktseite schwerer erkennbar ist). Das ist mit diesem Tool endlich möglich. Man kann einfach ein Optionsset anlegen, es einem oder mehrerer Produkte zuweisen und die Hilfetexte darauf anpassen. Dann lässt sich dieses Set einfach duplizieren, man passt nur die Hilfetexte an, ändert ggf. die Felder und weist das entsprechende andere Produkt zu. Wir sind mit dem Setup fast komplett alleine klargekommen, nur bei 2 Übersetzungsthemen brauchten wir kurz Hilfe. Lily vom Support war dabei super freundlich und hilfreich und konnte das schnell für uns lösen. Es handelte sich hier um Bedienungsprobleme. Was uns bei ihrem Support besonders gefallen hat, das sie auch nach den Schwierigkeiten gefragt hat, um zu verstehen, was aus unserer Sicht nicht passt. Wir fühlten uns verstanden und haben auch den Eindruck dass unser Feedback mitgenommen wird. -> Sehr nützliches Tool, professioneller Support, sehr zu empfehlen für alle die wie wir auf Personalisierungsoptionen angewiesen sind, die auch die eigene Shop Customer Experience unterstützen. Genuinely surprised and so happy with this App. I reached out to CS for some modifications and Lily was super quick with responses and helpful. Easy to navigate. Smoother setup than other apps i've used in the past. AAA+++

This app has been a game-changer for my Shopify store! Adding variant options was so easy and intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are exactly what I needed to provide more customization for my customers. easy to install, staff were very happy to help and offered suggestions to make the add ons flow with the rest of the website. The easiest part of my website set up so far!
