Only a few hours into this app - set up can be seamless. When I downloaded the app it was not guaranteed to work with my store's theme. Contacted support, got an immediate response (despite a huge timezone difference). Was told it would be a two hour wait and it was fixed before I knew it! I appreciate Hebe for being up late to immediately answer questions and Lin for following up. Special thank you to the development team as well!

The app is great, once you figure out how to use it! Fortunately, they have excellent customer service. I have used live chat numerous times, and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!! It has everything I need for my small shop.

The support team is extremely responsive and helpful. Went for the paid version because the useful features needed will cost, but it is just par for the course. Ultimately of the option applications I had been dabbling with, OPTIS made the most sense for me and I liked the interface.

Tool is good, support is better. Without support assistance, i might have moved on to another one, but they helped me quickly sort all the issues i was having. Tool does have a learning curve, but once you traverse it you will enjoy it.
