The app interface is the best out there, it's clean and easy to navigate with many options for customizations. The support team is amazing! I have been searching for a solution to be able to link inventory to sample packs without Shopify treating it like a bundle with add-on prices. After trying multiple other paid apps and reaching out to Shopify over the course of many years, there was never anything that worked, and it made inventory tracking for samples impossible. The OPTIS team was fantastic and very responsive. Cassie and Katlyn both helped me figure out a workaround in less than a day and were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

The interface is clean, well-designed, and incredibly easy to navigate — everything just feels polished and professional. What really sets this app apart is the team behind it.
