It was a bit clunky to get set up, but the support/dev team pulled through and made it function well + look good.

Excellent customer service from Hebe & Katlyn who got us set up within minutes! We needed an app to collect details for a physical gift card and this app integrated perfectly with our PDP.

If you sell items that have customization options (like giving the option to select a specific type of accessory with a product and even making that a mandatory selection) this is the way to do it! There is a free option as well as a couple tiers of pay options depending on how much customization you want or need. I've been trying to do this with Shopify's Variants since I created the site but could never get it the way I wanted without doubling my inventory numbers just to allow the options. I saw this, added the app and created several options in a few minutes with no issues and it does EXACTLY what I need. Well worth the look!

This app was super helpful in adding drop down options on certain products that I needed additional options. It was very user friendly and the service and support was excellent!

We've had some challenges building our new website for the first time. When we had issues, we contacted OPTIS, and they always found a way to help us out. They are EXTREMELY quick with responses, and if the correspondent you're working with doesn't have the exact right answer, someone from the OPTIS team is always there to find the best solution for your business.

The application is clear. For a self-taught person like me, it is a little harder to navigate what and how to do correctly so that everything is as it should be. I see the language interface as a great advantage. There are not many applications that support the Czech language. Thank you to the entire team, Lin, Lina, Katlyn and Christine for the patience they have with me.

Fast response and faster fix! First time in app and needed assistance with product view and it was fixed quickly. I was only looking to test the app for move from another, but this app is much easier to use and support is 100 times more effective and response time so fast
