The devs for this app go above and beyond, not just customer service, they actively work with you to get exactly what you need out of their app, walk you through the complexities, and offer the best round the clock support I've ever seen in this space. Seriously if your looking to offer options, variants and bundles, and want the best dev team on shopify on your side, get OPTIS, you wont be disappointed!

I’m beyond satisfied with the overall service. The customer support team was always quick to respond and very professional, providing clear and helpful answers whenever I needed assistance. What impressed me a lot was the involvement of the development team, they went the extra mile to help me customize the design and animations exactly to my needs. The communication was smooth, the turnaround time was fast, and the final result exceeded my expectations. They've been most helpful, even when the issue is not necessarily from the plugin itself. Customer service is great, they're super quick to answer and the response turn around is very fast as well. On another important note, the app works great for quick add ons and helps generate higher sales. Love this app and I have it on both of my stores.

This app works great, but the customer support is the real MVP! I had a specific need for layout changes and they provided the perfect code snippets and fixed it right away. Excellent help and always responsive. A must-have for product options.

Great support. I had an issue where my cart drawer wasn’t opening because of a conflict with the product options, and the team helped fix it quickly. They were clear, responsive, and made sure everything worked with my theme. Thank you for the fast help and for sorting the problem so smoothly.
