I ran into an issue adding a variant to my product, but Lin helped straight away and fixed it within minutes. She was super responsive and made the whole process easy. Such a great app for adding variations to your website, and the customer service is fantastic. Definitely recommend!

really great app, have a lot of great product customization options! it's also very easy to use. their strength, however, actually lies on their customer service, i've been messaging them throughout my process of installing and customizing using their app on my store, and everything went smoothly because of their responsiveness. really great app, even better customer service. highly recommend!

Absolutely the best! I couldn't believe how quickly they got me up and running and knew what I needed!! I had tried several apps and they said yes they can do it, but in the end it wasn't possible since they had not evolved and adopted new idea's. Super happy with this team!! Thank You! App is very robust, templates are amazing and the things you can do with your product listings are extensive. That app is a bit complicated at first but fairly easy to figure out as you go. Customer support is amazing and will help set up the more complicated features, or solve an issues you run into as you set up the store.

Great app for add-on options / variants. Really easy to set-up. Had a minor issue of it not showing up (most likely I didn't do it properly) and the team intervened so quick and resolved it in just a few minutes. Kudos to them for great customer service and resolving so quickly

So far this app has been exactly what I needed for my site. Before OPTIS I had the problems with inventory, and OPTIS has allowed me to offer the options my customers need without any problems to my inventory. Thank you!

So far so good. The app has a good user experience and the setup has been pretty easy. Lin has been super responsive and helpful in customizing the options for my product pages. Very impressed so far.
