This app is awsome. It increases productivity incredibly and is very easy to use.
*Updated 4/6/26 We have had to remove this app as it continues to pose issues for us in several ways. After waiting about 6 months for the tech support to help fix their issues, it's been left unresolved so we we will be using a new app going forward. Issues experienced were with their uploader. Our clients would upload files and we wouldn't get them. Sometimes they did come through, sometimes they didn't. 6 months of sharing the issue and it's been 6 months of not fixing. We have tried to add new apps just for the upload feature because their options feature works good, but their app blocks the ability of other apps so we must remove this one. Great Product and responsive assistance. Julie helped me remove branding and also adjust color of the features. Appreciate the quick help
Hi there, We’re really sorry for your experience, and especially that this issue went on for so long. Just to clarify, we didn’t ignore this at any point. Each time you reported it, we did investigate and followed up for more details (like access to affected orders or how customers uploaded files), since we weren’t able to consistently reproduce the issue on our side. In cases like this, we do rely on additional information to pinpoint the root cause. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’re sorry we couldn’t resolve it in time for you. It is incredible that this app is free - no catch. The customer service was great and helped me get the app setup and also with removing the watermark. Would give six stars if I could.

So happy with BSS Product Options, it has exactly what I needed for my shop that I couldn't find anywhere else. Also, so thankful to their very responsive support team for the fast help and east-to-reach support system. I definitely recommend this app!
Pretty easy to navigate and I love that it's free it took me awhile to find a free one
I have no idea how on earth this app is free. It does everything stated and looks amazing on the live store. The support chat was great and got me fixed up quickly and answered all of my questions. They also confirmed all was working great before hopping off the chat. Amazing app!

This app is so great. Making it easy for the leads finding the correct variant. Beside that Frank and Julie helped me a lot on their support chat. Fast and qualified response, so I could get the service customized a bit.
I honestly can't remember ever leaving an app review but I HAD to make sure to let everyone know that the 5 star reviews are real. I accidentally started a chat and that chat helped me to find an issue I didn't know that I had. That, to me, is impeccable service and more importantly care for the user of the app. I am confident that any questions or issues I have will be handled promptly. Happy to use this app and kudos to the team. In terms of the ease of use and application - both are very intuitive. I have a bad habit of over segmenting and also not reading instructions. I was able to mostly successully build my customizations intuitively.
Support of this app is great. We currently use this for single a personalized product and it integrates nicely in our store page.
