During the use of the app, we encountered a problem where the customized items were not displayed in the shopping cart and payment pages. The technicians promptly helped solve this issue and also installed better tools for us. We hope to be able to support more templates in the future. We will use it consistently.

Best app! Easy to use with the ability to add my 100s of options and make the navigation easy for my customers! I had the opportunity to work with customer service the other day because my options weren't working and they logged in and found I hadn't tagged my product correctly, fixed it and taught me how to set up separate shipping weights to make things even better! Highly recommend!

The Optis support was amazing, Lin and Ruki were super quick to respond and so helpful! The app setup was pretty straightforward, we did need a couple of tweaks to make it fit our theme. The team had a solution completed within just a few hours of our request, provided instructions and a screenshot if we wanted to make adjustments. Really appreciate the fast, friendly and thorough service!
