Amazing team and support! They fix within 24 hours.
AMAZING!
This app is exactly what I needed to set up custom product options to let the costumers custom their order. The support team has been super fast and reliable, every thing I needed to set up they helped me with a fast support and a professional team. I wish every app on the shopify market would be as this one.
Fairly straight forward to set-up, a little hands on as you need to put the code snippets, once you do it work flawlessly. The support team really quick and attentive at helping to set the app up. Props on them!
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and was super-easy to set up. I had to contact support for a couple questions and they got back to me very quickly!

It's amazing, so many options. I've used others before and they always crashed or caused problems and had no where near as many options, and most make you pay ridiculous fees for things like image upload, not this one!
Who in their right mind would want your branding on their product page?! If it's free to remove why is the hassle of "contacting you"?! You are bored? Go outside and make human conections... Or you wan to upsell me something....

I am looking to offer customization on a few of my products and the BSS app provides exactly the functionality I require. What impressed me even more was how ready and available their support team was to help me with inquiries and custom code for small improvements. Great app and customer service
Worked as intended. Let me add options to 1 product (you can choose to add it to all). I needed to add both checkmark and dropdown options and some priced on and some not. Live chat helped me remove the water mark promptly and helped with stylized issues.
Pretty much a perfect allrounder, without trying to grab your cash like all the other plugins on here do! Awesome support, helped me with setting up and I got all my questions answered very quickly. They're very reliable and always available to help you with any issues you could stumble upon.

Works excellent and great customer service
I love the ease of this app and tech support resolves any issues fast. They can also can go into your store settings and fix anything to make this app customizable to your store with your permission of course. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!
