Everything worked pretty much out of the box. The app is perfect for our needs – we're doing some personalised products for Christmas, so our customers can record their preferences in the order easily.

I was so excited to find a free app for the options I needed, like dropdowns, open text and photo uploads. Easy to install. Service was great...Frank was quick to remove the watermark and do a quick check of one of my product pages. I've only added to a couple of products so far, but have lots of ideas for more!
