OPTIS Product Options offers a lot of flexibility for adding product options. It’s easy to use and works smoothly, even with more complex setups. Overall, a very solid app that I enjoy working with. Edit: after the response on my review I did find the option to translate.

I literally just got this app today because the aesthetic caught my eye and it feels way better than other similar apps I’ve tried. they have incredible support as well! everyone I’ve interacted with has been super helpful, skilled, and professional. I'm so excited to continue using this on my site because one of the friendly and amazing staff member (Katlyn) made some adjustments to help match my specific website theme, and she did it without me even asking for it! I'm so glad I found this app :D

The devs for this app go above and beyond, not just customer service, they actively work with you to get exactly what you need out of their app, walk you through the complexities, and offer the best round the clock support I've ever seen in this space. I’m beyond satisfied with the overall service. The customer support team was always quick to respond and very professional, providing clear and helpful answers whenever I needed assistance. What impressed me a lot was the involvement of the development team, they went the extra mile to help me customize the design and animations exactly to my needs. They've been most helpful, even when the issue is not necessarily from the plugin itself. Customer service is great, they're super quick to answer and the response turn around is very fast as well. On another important note, the app works great for quick add ons and helps generate higher sales. Love this app and I have it on both of my stores.

This app works great, but the customer support is the real MVP! I had a specific need for layout changes and they provided the perfect code snippets and fixed it right away. Excellent help and always responsive. A must-have for product options.
