I installed Optis to utilize more flexible product personalization options for customers of my pet bakery. The feature set was just what I needed for my business. In addition, Katlyn from Optis was very quick and responsive in making sure the app was configured for my needs. I ran into a couple of issues after installing the app, but the support team resolved them quickly. I really like how easy it is to create option variants and how great they look on the website.

A really great app with an amazing team behind it. It’s very intuitive and has a modern look. I had a small issue with integration with other plugins, and within just an hour they helped me solve everything. I highly recommend it to everyone! What’s more, they even introduced a small modification tailored to the needs of my store, which I consider a very professional approach!
