OPTIS was overwhelming at first. Especially using an IPAD. I reached out to support and Cherry from Optis answered right away. She was so patient with me. She walked me through it step by step. I still need to become more familiar with the app but the support staff was incredible. thank you so much. It meant a lot how responsive you were Cherry and didn't leave me waiting long periods of time.

One of the very few apps we pay for right now. Given our products it's not practical to make tons of variants so this is pretty vital to how we handle upgrades and modifications. And Cassie from their team helped us out today getting a nonsensical bug with the email formatting fixed.

Great customer support. we had some minor layout/code issues with our theme and the support team was very responsive and had everything up and running right away to make their app compatible
