This app is incredible. Works exactly a I need! And, when I had an issue, the customer service was stellar! Kudos to Jena and the engineers for addressing the issue - which was highly likely related to a custom theme I'm using. Thank you!

I got in contacted with the team at BSS as I needed a little custom development work for this app. The app works perfectly however I needed to display a message on the cart page under some conditions. They had no problem in assisting me. The developer on the project was very good, a big thanks to Tien DVD who made this work seamless for me. Also any small changes I needed wasn’t a problem at all. Thanks once again.

Emma has been a great help in connecting the Wholesale all in one app with the Variant options app. Everything works well now. Whenever questions come up, Emma is always there to help. The variant options app helps us enable our customers to upload print data. Now a function has also been added that the data in the backend is provided as a link in the order when the order is triggered. The support is very helpful and works quickly.

I've been using this app for a few months now for my wholesale store and everything has been great. I've experienced little to no issues and when I have had any confusion, their support staff answers promptly and efficiently. I would happily recommend this for anybody looking for functionality and customization to their store.

Had some initial issues with integrating into my theme, but Joy was so helpful in getting it solved! Only took a few days to get multiple issues fixed and now the store is up and running. Don't freak out if it doesn't install perfectly, just ask for help!

This is the best app for product options I tried! The settings are very intuitive so you can create an option set just in a moment. I love that you can add image swatches instead of just the colors. Also, I had an issue at first because the app wasn't showing correctly but the support was excellent (Thank you for your help and patience Emma and team!) I can only strongly recommend it!

This is a great app for adding additional product options since Shopify only allows for 5 options. Not only that, but having the ability to add different styles of options such as, color swatches, text box’s, check boxes, etc really helps add to the professionalism to your products. I have had a couple of issues while using their app. The customers selected options would not show up when added to cart and purchased so I couldn’t see the customers selected options. However, I simply reached out to their support and they fixed the issue very quickly. Their support is top notch and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied and the issue is fixed. Definitely recommend this app for additional product options.

Cannot rate this product and and team highly enough. We used it to get some extra variant options set up and when we were having issues the team went above and beyond to get things set up and styled right plus even give us tips and pointers on how to get things done. Good support team, well crafted app. This app solved many issues other apps were unable to, including customers being able to remove the personalization upcharge item.

The app was exactly what I wanted I was able to add all the variants I wanted and Didn't have to go through a tedious process to set up where the options showed on my product page and the customer support is top notch

Product Variant Options by BSS Commerce is an absolutely superior product. It's an elegant, well-designed solution for Shopify stores with product lines that have a complex array of variants. If you're looking for an app that will implement both product pricing with dynamic updating AND conditional logic - look no further. It handles the creation and assignment of option sets beautifully, as well. When I did run into an issue, their support team was friendly, professional, and handled the problem that very same evening for me. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!
