Emma was so kind to help to help with the display of my variant options on my website. She and Nguyen went above and beyond to assist in my request and even made a few additional changes that I didn't even ask for - changing the fonts so they matched my website theme. This app definitely provides amazing features and amazing customer service!

UPDATE: Super quick support team. Thank you for removing the watermark, especially in such a quick turnaround. I was in need of an app to increase my options and flexibility for variants within my store as I found my variants in my theme to not be suitable. So I reached out to the Shopify forum and asked if there was an app available for this. I was recommended this app Product & Variants Options. This app at first appears confusing to use because there seems to be a lot of options on the menu on the left hand side. However, once I’d had my induction call from the team they showed me how easy it is to use the app. I found that it looks good too. I like the options it gives you within the app for swatches or a drop down menu. It solves the problem I had. Jena Nguyen​ is very attentive when it comes to customer service and is more than happy to help you. If you forget to reply, like I did, she follows up just to make sure everything is ok with you and the app. UPDATE 01/04/24 - I am still using this app, I ran into a problem where products with drop down menu options weren't being added to the cart for the customer. I contacted the customer services of the app and they swiftly replied. They apologised, and asked if I would give them a chance to fix the problem before I changed to a different app. Within a couple of short hours I had a reply stating their engineers had fixed the problem. Low and behold, they had! Very pleased with the outcome, the customer service from Jena, and the app. Thank you!

This is an amazing app for our online store! We have a store that sells Personalised Gift Hampers and wants to come up with more customisable options for the customer to select. BSS Commerce's app helped us achieve that. I had a bit of trouble when setting up the App so I contacted their customer support via the live chat channel and got help from the support agent June Nguyen within seconds. Despite the slight time difference, she and her tech team did an amazing job. She provided comprehensive explanations and kept me updated at every step along the way. The technician, Developer Nguyen The Huy also helped me resolve the problem very quickly and accurately, and everything on the site now works exactly how I wanted. It's reassuring to have an App with great and timely customer support. Fantastic support team and I would highly recommend this App if you're looking for a customisable option for your product page.

Very well executed after some initial reticence to allow access as a collaborator (paranoia as always). Needed the positioning changed and couldn't get the app to add on the cost of the additional service add-on to the basket or show what the content of that addition was in the basket. June and Nguyen Tien from BSS have addressed all our issues within 24 hours of asking after our partly successful integration of the Product Options App successfully and looks like it does exactly what we need it to do. Thanks and apologies for paranoia

I had a hard many time css the size options. I have installed this application on the websites.I use this app to help me provide 4th option to the custom-made products. I contacted the support team, and Joy was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she support me well with the position of the colour options .I got support from June Nguyen and Hoan PV they solve my issue with in hour for product cart adding issue. They under stand my problem very quickly and solve the issue. Thanks to them and complete BSS support team.

A solid app. Enough flexibility to be a regular fixture in various promotional activities but also intuitive to use once some familiarity is developed. We've seen no bugs or flaws so far.

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time css the color options, so I contacted the support team, and Joy was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she support me well with the position of the colour options. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen The Huy - who is expert and can resolve things quickly as a Hawkeye in the Marvel hero group for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the option is showing up well on my store, both in my PC and mobiles. Once again, many thanks to Joy and the support team! Great app!

I had two small issues and they were resolved quickly. I worked with Joy twice and developers Huy NT and Nguyen The Huey. I'm currently on the free plan and it suits my needs, but once I need more product options I feel confident in choosing this app for a paid version.

I used this app to add colour swatches to our products as the number of variants allowed in Shopify did not meet our requirements. This app is easy to use and understand and helped us create a solution that did not require excessive cost and time spent on it. The support for the app is excellent, with special mentions to Josephine Dao who has been a great help with answering our requests quickly and to the dev Son PT, Huy NT, Duong ND who have made some changes to the front end of the app so it fits our requirements.

I am using this app for various product variants. The app is easy to use and has multiple functions- including price add-on per variant. All your products are automatically available in the app and make it so easy. Support is one of the most important things to me- they literally fixed my problem for me overnight! One message, I gave them collaborator access and it was done the next morning! The best support!

I really like this app. I had issues with it working at first (the issues were on my end though, not due to the app). I reached out to support and they were very prompt at getting back to me, and fixed it for me on their end (I really didn't have to lift a finger). Super nice people and great app, thanks!

Excellent app. Very nice features with a great development team . After I changed to a new Shopify theme , I contacted the development team and they helped me right away with re-integrating the app with the new theme. They always make sure your issue is resolved promptly. Great app!

This app solved a few issues for me. I'm able to add options to a variety of my products some with additional fees and some without. This wasn't an option for me while using a different app. The support I've received is unbelievable, first they response to me in a timely manner considering the time difference, then they have truly helped me create exactly what I envisioned. No matter what I threw at them the tech guys Pham Ngoc Hoang, Nguyen The Huy delivered, and Jonas my support agent was there to facilitate. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I have used this app for quite some time now, and I just work so well! I had some trouble with the design and reached out to support. Got in touch with Jonas, and he really did his job. He worked with the awesome developers Nguyen Duc Duong, Ngo Viet Cuong, and Nguyen Tien Loc. So if you need an app for option sets in Shopify, I would take a look at BSS Commerce or even reach out to Jonas to have a quick chat. Awesome guy! All in all, great and fast support and development. Would recommend!
