While setting up my Shopify store I had a LOT of issues, mostly from not understanding or being technically savvy. After deleting the entire store and starting over, I realized I had learned a lot and was able to get my store on-line because I needed the "Product Options" (there was just so much to learn to be able to get everything set up properly!). Now that I'm "live" with my store, today I came across an issue where one of the product options wasn't charged to the customer. So I came back into Hulk Apps - Product Options and honestly couldn't figure it out. When I was communicating with Lina, the answer was known in about two minutes and fixed within just another couple minutes. Most appreciated that this didn't take hours to resolve or multiple attempts. Excellent job Lina!!

Support is amazing, never had an issue with them sorting out the product after a theme update. Works well!

Great app, and Mitali was very helpful with support. The team set up a 'pause' option in the pricing so I didn't lose my data. Great to work with you.

I am yet to explore the application but Kenan form the support team was very much supportive, patient and knowledgeable. it seems to be a good start, I hope the application proves reliability in actual use.
