It's a fantastic app for products with detailed variants and options. Once you get the hang of building the variants, it's easy to work with. Chat support is fantastic as well for helping with the little tweaks.

So I have been using Hulk Product Options for a while. The interface is very intuitive and was easy to set up and use, from the product options all the way through the conditional logic setup. The few times that there were some "snags", i jumped on Chat Help and not only were they immediately responsive, but they fixed the minor issues right away. If you are on the fence, give them a shot, you won't regret it!

Well worth the price. This app is easy to install, super easy to configure/update product options using an excel file (great for large inventories with a lot of extra add-on options) -- and support is outstanding!

Always there to help, the support team at hulk product options are first class. I would firmly recommend this app anyway but having the support level they give is excellent.

This app did exactly what I needed it to, which was to add a personalization option for a few items on my online store! Two people helped me from the customer service chat, Smiljan and Mehmed, and both were very helpful and quick responders!

Before adding the app, I had my tumbler accessories as separate products and they weren't getting much traffic. After adding it and having customers be able to select the upgrades right there in the product, accessory sales have increased by around 12x. Installation is a little tricky if you don't code and your theme doesn't follow the standard naming conventions, but their developers are AWESOME and always willing to help. Sanjay is my hero :) This app is a must if you offer custom products or if you want to throw your upsells right into the product listing.
