I had the pleasure of communicating with Nisha via chat from Hulk Options and the assistance I received was awesome. She was patient, as I'd been struggling for months to get my website to display the upload images feature. After effective dialogue, my issue was FINALLY resolved! Hulk Product Options allow my customers to pick different flavors of desserts easily on my site. The app is easy to use, but their customer service is also really helpful if you have any difficulties figuring it out.

So far so good! I needed a little help from Hulk just with a way the app was interacting with my shopify theme. Amit was super fast and responsive and fixed it to exactly what I need.

We found that this app was not functioning so we asked the developer for help, and they quickly identified the cause of another conflicting app and fixed the shopify theme as well. We’re satisfied not only with the function of the app itself but also with the accurate and swift response from the support team. Thank you very much.

This app is packed full of features and customization at every level compared to other similar apps I've used or tested. Best of all, the help staff are amazing and very helpful. Khushbu was live on chat answering all my questions on setting up the app and having it customized to exactly how I wanted. Highly recommended! We needed hulk app to provide framing options for print sales. After a few hick ups in the beginning the team sorted it out. They needed to put in some custom code to my theme file to work properly. They even re did it after I had to upgrade the theme file and lost all the custom code. My advice is to believe in their customer service!

For me this is the only app that works functionally + has a great design in my webshop. The support and the customer success representatives were very quick to reply and also did an excellent job. I tried a few product option apps when I first started my site and none seemed to work with many options like I have on my site as much as Hulk Apps did. I do not edit much now that the site has been set up but the customer support was exceptional. And thanks so much Lina for your help in answering every question I had most recently.

Very useful app, with many many settings and options. Very easy to manage. Moreover, the support team is amazing, they answer you 24/7 and always find solutions for you, especially Smiljan. Best app I use on Shopify !

Unfortunately, I've had a couple of issues - and now you need the middle package to do the few basic things I need from this app. Which effectively, doubles what I was budgeting for. Will be looking elsewhere.
