I've had this app for 2 years or so and it helped increase my shop's revenue exponentially. I 100% recommend this app to anyone who's looking to add personlization / customisation to their products in a very efficient manner.

This is a great app - works really well to have options for customers to customize products. I do my own website but do not understand code all that well, whenever I have reached out to them - they have always been prompt with service and solving my issues. One downfall to the app is that it doesn't work with all the discounts code options - but that is an easy work around and wouldn't detour me from using the app in my website. All and all a good product and great customer service.

This is a very affordable product options app. It works very well with my store. The team is very helpful and they answer to my questions very fast. Great support! The team also help with some customisation to the app. Very happy with the app so I highly recommend this product.

Fantastic product options app. I switched to this app for my new online store 2.0 theme. The app is rich with features and has excellent support. Khushbu installed the app very quickly on my new theme and even made some extra customizations to make it work perfectly for my website.

複雑な商品オプションを設定するために使用しました。他のアプリではオプションが商品として登録されてしまうのですが、このアプリではそうではなく、カスタム商品としてその時限りのものとしてカートに入ります。これが素晴らしい。そして何より、サポートも最高でした。 I used it to set up complex product options. In other apps, the options are registered as products, but not in this app, they go into the cart as custom products as a one-time-only thing. This is great. I used this app to set Product Options and like the number of options you can create. Hulk service is excellent too and they are quick to respond and assist with any issues.

Customer service is top notch. I highly suggested having them set up the app, especially if you aren't tech savvy. (like me) Simply answer a few questions and they had my changed completed. Amit was amazing and understood exactly what I was requesting. He made it easy and I am less stressed.

The customer service is great! We were having some trouble getting the app to integrate with our theme and support was quick and able to get it fixed. So far the app is easy to use and a great way to expand options in our store.

Brilliant! The range of options this app allows is invaluable but I am most pleased with how I can now list very complex product variables using the conditions options. It takes some playing with but the interface is intuitive and logical. My only gripe is that orders made for products using this feature no longer have quick view available on the Shopify orders page. It's not world ending but does mean opening the order to view the options selected. If you sell high volume using this app this could be more of an issue to you. Honestly, i've no idea why there are some poor reviews for it. I've had it working faultlessly on V1 and V2 shops and their support team have been nothing but excellent when i've had questions.
