Use this app extensively on two Shopify sites for customer personalisation. Fairly basic but easy to set up. Support is very responsive, within a few hours and eager to help. Would like to be able to preview fonts and centre justify input boxes in future updates please.

I used this app to showcase different options on my products. I have products that various options the customer can choose from. They also have great customer service, through email and the chat feature. My last encounter with Amit via chat was great. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and provided screen shots for me to help me continue to build my website with the options that I wanted.

Great customer service. Had looked for a long time for conditional logic and inventory management with product options and this app had it. The customer support is really friendly and helpful.

I needed some help to get the app to work on my store and I connected on a chat and all I can say is WOW!! I gave them access to my store and 5 minutes later it was working like a charm. I then had one more minor request to meet the specific needs of my store and in under 2 minutes they had it done. I love the app and how it will make things easier for orders, But, I love the service even more.

Great app & excellent Support. I had an issue with my prices not increasing at checkout for a particular variant, and Haris was immediately able to tell me why this was happening. He also went above and beyond to edit the code in my theme to ensure that it works properly going forward.

Excellent customer support! Had an issue with installation. Reached out via messenger and they were very responsive. Easy to use app. Wish they would make it compatible with cart drawer though.

I am using this app for my nautical-bracelets.com shop for 3 years now, for all sorts of customisations, mainly for engraving. And now I am using also to create swatches using images, instead of colour codes, for my www.pet-time.eu shop and it does the job perfectly. But even more importantly than that, any customisations and issues I had for either shop, they were solved almost instantly - they really have a great team! Thank you for making it easy for me!

This was my first App purchase on shopify and I did a lot of research to ensure I was going to get what I needed. I will admit the review where very good and the few that were not were generally from people that want a cookie cutter program performing the way they want it too right away. For them... NEWS FLASH... this is programming and nothing is 100% compatible with everything. However, with a good team backing up their product you can reach that goal with good communication. Shout out to all the team members that assisted me in getting the App to perform everything that I needed it too. I highly recommend this App and suggest to anyone that are still hesitating to take the leap and use the free trial periode to work out the bugs for your store. That is what I did and could not be happier with the result. Finally, depending in what timezone you are be patient for the replies as most of mine took an average of 12 to 18 hr.
