I need some custom code for my store since I have some business rules a little complicated and the support team help me a lot to achieve all the functions that I needed.

I used this app to add prices for embelleshing on products and although I found it difficult to add initially, the support was second to none. Its annoying that you cant use tags to add it to certain products.

My site uses this App on almost every transaction. It works great. Always room for improvement so it gets 4 stars. However, the customer service is 5-star! - quick, responsive, understanding and provides solutions or alternatives if at all possible. Deepa helped me and I'm appreciative for 5 - star service!! I enjoyed how customizable the app allows the user to be. Some of the lingo is a bit unclear, a preview box of the action would be helpful. Although one of our requests took a couple days to get resolved by customer service, they were extremely through and helpful. Thank you!

This app was really good for what we need but the back in was clunky and we couldn't get it modified to fit our warehouse needs. Past that it is a great app with really good tech support. It did fit the need we just needed a better back end for the warehouse.

This app is exactly what I was needing to allow customers to conveniently add items to their cart before checkout. The price is cheaper than most of the competitors and easy to install and use. The only problem I have with the app is when a customer hovers over the question mark for each addon product the text popup is in one line and goes off the screen and makes it difficult for the customer to read.

This app does what it is supposed to do for me, increase sales! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the format of the orders that come over for those added items is a bit confusing. It would be nice if it would just come over as the other regular items show up on the order.

I used this app to add in a card customization options for products - I was having issues with visibility and customer service was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

We are satisfied with the customer service by ABHILASHA. Only down side was the installation fee was too expensive. As we are not a tech people, we wish the installation fee was much lower so that we can try this service without hesitation. We upgraded to pro plan so we wish there was a discount for installation.

This app works pretty well for me, as all my products are custom. My only downfall is I need it to edit the prices. It doesn't do it all the time. When it works it works well. I hate having to reach out to my customers to tell them the price is wrong. If you can help me that would be great!

Can you please guide me where are uploaded files stored? How can we access them? Customers have uploaded Pictures.
Hi there, glad you reached out about this! All the files that your valuable customers' upload will be available on order history. Please take a look at your Shopify store's orders. Just to put you on a perspective, we store the files on our servers. Also, there is no limit on maximum storage capacity! It feels good to be able to create unlimited product variants with a variety of option types (e.g. user input text, date etc.). The only drawback I have experienced so far is when fulfilling orders, I have to fulfill the product itself and the customization cost SEPARATELY, resulting in sending 2 notification emails to customers. Not sure how to get around this.

The app is well done. If you have any problem, the help service is really great. They write you back fast and give you a lot of details with photos, etc.

This app is great if you have many variants. The only drawback is that there is a noticeable delay when the page loads. The team is always available over Skype to assist and to customize - no waiting for days for an answer. They are quick, friendly and helpful.

I was searching high and low for an app to allow customers to order monograms. Staff was prompt and helpful, app works well (so far, still in testing).

This app does get the job done and is a great value for the price point. The team at Hulk has great customer support. I have very specific features that I need on my product page and Hulk was always willing to help me and go in and fix things. This product options app works well. The biggest reason I chose this product options app over others is because it integrated with their Volume & Tiered Discounts app. I think that the app is easy enough to use but does require more steps to set up the options than other apps I tested. But for the price point this app does provide great value. I like working with Hulk.

I needed an app to add more options with the ability to add additional cost for some of the options. I also wanted to be able to swatch my thread colors that would accordion. I did have to provide an example of a store that had what I was asking for because they initially said they couldn't do it. Once they had the example the coding was completed in a very timely manner. In the end it does exactly what I needed.
