After a manager got involved the issue has seem to be corrected with conflict with OS 2.0 developers have to solve it long term.

I use this to offer customers variable names, initials and other options on their purchases. Use it for every single product, very easy to edit options and group them based on what is variable on the product. Their support is absolutely amazing, can't fault them!

This app works well, especially for the price. I had a couple minor issues (styling and one small functionality issue in the cart) with set up on my theme that Hulk Apps helped with. Their customer service is 5 stars! I would give the app a 4 star, I think the back end could be a bit easier to use, but its not hard to learn.

I had a small customization request, and the response from Customer Service was lightning fast! Not only were they prompt, but they found an easier alternative solution to the issue I was having. I also like the app itself. It's offers a lot of options and is easy to use and set up.

This App is the best! It's been a daunting task in the past to update my custom product options and this app made it very easy to transition to at a great price that is lower than others. I originally was using Best Custom Product Options by Relentless and it was difficult to apply changes. You can customize pretty much everything on this App and the support team is there for every step of the way. Thanks for making such a great App!

This app lets me do everything I needed it to. I reached out to support and they are probably the nicest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They where also quick to help me get my app up and running on my page. 10/10

I use the free version of this app and it works great, customer service also prompt and efficient when needed, which isn't often I'm pleased to say. The app doesn't work with Shopify discounts unfortunately, however HulkApps do have their own VolumeBoost app that they were able to install in a few minutes, that works great, albeit at a small price.
