Hulk Product Options

This App is the best! It's been a daunting task in the past to update my custom product options and this app made it very easy to transition to at a great price that is lower than others. I originally was using Best Custom Product Options by Relentless and it was difficult to apply changes. You can customize pretty much everything on this App and the support team is there for every step of the way. Thanks for making such a great App!

This app is working good. The customer support was also great. When I asked for help with a problem, they replied immediately and solved it.

Issue today with incompatibility of the hulk product options and the hulk discount app. Emira responded to my help request immediately and advised I ned to revert back to the legacy version. All seems to be well now. many thanks for a quick, efficient solution.

I use this app to set up customization for my products. It is easy to use and the support when you need help is great. I have used this app for 3 years and just recently had an issue where the Discount codes weren't showing up on my Cart page. I reached out and within an hour Support contacted me back with the resolution. I wasn't comfortable working on the code so he took care of it for me. A+ service!

I used this app to add more options for our automotive AC hose kit page. I had a few problems at first but the Hulk team really came through and tweaked my theme so everything flowed smoothly. We have been using this app for a couple of years, since we moved our site over to Shopify and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I recently needed to get in touch with support about an issue I was having with it not charging customers for a particular upgrade despite it being selected and the customer service I received was swift and efficient. I have to say it has been the quickest resolution I have encountered in 10 years of business. Update - 20/3/24 always a help when I am updating my theme, they are swift to respond. Thanks to Haris for sorting out my problem within a couple of minutes this morning!

The app is user friendly, but most importantly the support team help out with everything quickly and efficiently. I noticed an issue with variations not charging correctly, and the support team explained the issue, worked out a fix quickly, and also helped to make the variations display correctly on packing slips.

We recently updated our store theme and installed this app to help our customers customize their orders. We had a small glitch with the customization appearing in the shopping cart. We reached out to tech support and in less than 2 minutes Khushbu responded. She and her team had everything up and running in less than 2 hours. I absolutely love the flexibility that this app gives my customers when making their custom selections. It has increased my AOV tremendously. Most recently, I had a small edit that needed to be made to the code regarding the discount box and Manoj was able to help me quickly and easily.
