Perfect Team! デフォルトの設定では自分のサイトではうまく表示されませんでしたが。サポートに連絡するとすぐに開発会社のテクニカル部が対応してくれました。日本円での表示も小数点以下が含まれていたため、小数点以下を非表示にしてもらいました。無料プランでの使用なのにカスタマーサービスは迅速に返事をしてくれて大変良い対応でした。素晴らしいアプリ開発会社だと思います。 The default settings didn't show the option well on my site, though. I contacted support and the technical department of the development company immediately took care of it. The display in Japanese yen also contained a decimal point, so I asked them to hide the decimal point. Even though I was using the free plan, customer service was very good, responding quickly. I think this is a great app development company.

Best support team ever. We used this app with debut theme and everything worked fine, then we changed theme with Capital from Wetheme and it stopped working even if we reinstalled it. They solved the issue in less than 12 hours and the app is working great again. thanks a lot!

We have been using this application for more than 18 months, it is great and it helped us solve the problem of varieties of thousands of colors for our paints. Now customers just write their color choice and in this way we do not use a very extensive and difficult database for customers. In recent days we updated our theme and the application seems not to be working correctly, we contacted hulk technical support and the attention was wonderful and in record time they corrected the problem and also updated the previous version allowing to show the options in the shopping cart and even the customer can modify it in the same shopping cart. 100% recommended.

Amazing app highly recommended. I chose this app because my previous app had reached it limitations. I had a few issues with set up but support team where amazing and very prompt and professional. The team at hulk apps had everything working the way I needed it very quickly.

I love this app because Shopify limits the number of options I can use. This solved my problem. Now I don’t have to depend on customers filling out notes for my orders. All the information can give gathers right from the listing. I had trouble setting it up at first but I emailed support and they got back to me quickly and actually set it up for me. Afterwards they sent me specific directions on how to do it myself. Any time I run into an issue I can email them and I hear back within about 15-20 minutes. It’s so great!

I needed to add the option for my clothing. Despite some drama with the charges for options not coming through checkout the support team are AMAZING and have fixed for me (even at 1AM!) so now all my options work. If you are having issues with cart charges they can add a code to fix! And the options app itself is simple to use and works just how I need. Thankyou!

When I needed Infinite Product Options to also show up in the packing slip template, HulkApps was very quick to answer the trouble ticket and assist with adding the necessary code. They are very delightful to work with.

Infinite Product Options is an amazing app that allows one to easily add a variety of custom input fields to a list item. In our instance, we wanted the buyer to be able to add a note with more information (such as a desired color) to a list item. The app is very flexible and easy to use, living up to its name. Once installed, I was able to easily and quickly do what I desired in just a couple of minutes. There is a "Free Forever" plan, which is the one I am currently using. Their support is also speedy and amazing, even when you are on the free plan! I had difficulties installing the app, as I had some conflicting add-ons on the site. I contacted support, and they identified the issue and installed the app for me in less than a day, all for free.

I am currently using the app to propose customized products and I am super happy with it!! Best app I found on the App Store for personalized products and if you have any issue, the support team is soooo kind, friendly and super reactive. Our product and industry relies heavily on customization. And....it is this customization and personalization which is so difficult to implement into shopify. For us, we needed the ability to charge a setup charge and trust me, this was a huge road block for many of the apps. But, with the HulkApp Infinite Product Option, it was not very difficult to implement. I will say that at times, using the app can be confusing as the implementation of more multiple options can be hard to understand and perform. They recently upgraded the app which made the work flow a lot easier but still not totally easy for an idiot like myself! That being said, their support is awesome and very quick. They work really hard to support you. Simply put..... HulkApps Support team ROCKS!!!!!! I look forward to working with HulkApps for a long time.
