I used this app to add a simple gifting option on my website. Although I've only used very basic features of the app I reached out for some help on customising the app and had an immediate answer. I didn't expect to have such a swift and positive response to my request so I'm really pleased I chose to use this app over all the rest!

This review is for Product Options. Thanks Adna for helping me again in Product Options, the support you get from Hulk is great nothing is to much trouble and to get this support for a free App is amazing. Thanks Hulk Team... As a novice with the apps I needed a little help and Adis to the rescue, thank you for your help today, make a challenging thing easy woohoo... Great support nothing to much trouble. Hulk to my rescue I have trouble installing code, so I leave it to the professionals, within a couple of days Heena from Hulk had sorted the code for me and even done a little video. Service and Support are so helpful, nothing to much trouble. Thank you Hulk.

Great App, great service. We used this app to charge additional prices for value added services on top of product prices. Our sales went up after we installed it. We are very happy with the result. HulkApps support team was helpful in configuring it for our new theme.

I'm very new in al of this, starting a store and all of that. But even with the free version of infinite product the helpdesk is very fast, kind and helpfull!! They helped me right away! Very happy with this app

I use this app to set up product options and love it. I am new to shopify and still getting my skills up to speed. HulkApps support is fast effective and patient.

I give them more that 5 stars rating, their apps are really helpful, and the customer service is more that great, i really like the guy on Skype, he is always online and helps me with all of my things and questions. I needed something from him real quick so i called him without letting him know, and he answered in a couple of seconds and i was able to share screen with him. I am really happy with them, keep it up gentlemen

Perfect Team! デフォルトの設定では自分のサイトではうまく表示されませんでしたが。サポートに連絡するとすぐに開発会社のテクニカル部が対応してくれました。日本円での表示も小数点以下が含まれていたため、小数点以下を非表示にしてもらいました。無料プランでの使用なのにカスタマーサービスは迅速に返事をしてくれて大変良い対応でした。素晴らしいアプリ開発会社だと思います。 The default settings didn't show the option well on my site, though. I contacted support and the technical department of the development company immediately took care of it. The display in Japanese yen also contained a decimal point, so I asked them to hide the decimal point. Even though I was using the free plan, customer service was very good, responding quickly. I think this is a great app development company.

Best support team ever. We used this app with debut theme and everything worked fine, then we changed theme with Capital from Wetheme and it stopped working even if we reinstalled it. They solved the issue in less than 12 hours and the app is working great again. thanks a lot!

We have been using this application for more than 18 months, it is great and it helped us solve the problem of varieties of thousands of colors for our paints. Now customers just write their color choice and in this way we do not use a very extensive and difficult database for customers. In recent days we updated our theme and the application seems not to be working correctly, we contacted hulk technical support and the attention was wonderful and in record time they corrected the problem and also updated the previous version allowing to show the options in the shopping cart and even the customer can modify it in the same shopping cart. 100% recommended.
