This app is by far the best I've come across. For small businesses, I simply couldn't afford to pay monthly fees (yet) and the free version lets me create infinite options (true to its name!) and sets for different products. Support is fast and helpful, I was pretty skeptical after reading so many negative reviews, I'm sure the guys are doing their best answering technical questions. They've been helpful and helped me solved mine. Thanks for keeping a portion of the features free for people like me!
This review made our day! Thank you so so much! We understand that not everyone has the time and patience to wait for resolution in case there are code conflicts. But, we are always standing by to help! Since there are so many themes, sometimes it requires a little extra love from one of our specialists to get the code implemented properly. And we just hope everyone gives us one last chance to rectify things before uninstalling our app. :| Nevertheless, the app looks great on your store! There were a few hiccups with the setup, but overall we are happy with the result. The team was very responsive to emails and worked quickly to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app!

The customer support team is super helpful and give an immediate response after I've sent the request to help with the installation of the code in my theme as I have some problem doing it. The App works great and the support team is awesome! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this App!!

This app is very easy to use for beginners and works exactly as they described. I Really enjoy using this app for my Shopify site

This app and the team at HulkCode is amazing! Definitely the best product in the store when it comes to how much they offer under their free tier. I was having trouble installing the app due to having a more complicated theme and their team was able to install for me and get it up and running on my site within hours. Great communication, product, and team. Highly recommend!

Update 3 Feb 2021: I've upgraded my site and had some trouble with the file uploading function, as always they respond faster than you can imagine and solve your issue immediately, their team made you feel you can totally rely on them when it comes to solving issues for you. I can't recommend them enough. Best APP ever and went above and beyond to help you out! I installed the app this morning and hoping it will help solve the issues with my site, not only did they reply real fast but also fixed my problem quickly, I highly recommend this App for your store.

This is a great app and exceptional customer service - I have two HULK Apps currently and the functionality that these apps offer for my store plus the level of service received is unbelievable for such a small price! Whenever I need a new App I always check if HULK has an option available before I choose anything else. Thanks guys!

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.

I'm very very new to shopify and I'm a person that not close with computer. I had trouble since the beginning as I wasn't sure where to start. To be honest I wasn't that happy with the support team in the beginning and thought about changing the app, then Deepa Patel from the support team came in and he was very kind and very patient with me. He instructed me from the beginning and kindly answered all my question very clearly. He explained the step very clear and easy so that I can follow. I'm very happy with the app so far and also very happy with Deepa's support. Thanks a lot!!

This app is great and easy to adjust. I needed customer support to help as I missed a step during installation and they were extremely responsive and fixed my issues ASAP (and explained what I had done wrong so I could do it correctly the next time as they knew I was installing on another store as well when I was done testing. Highly recommend.
