I downloaded this app to help with a store that sells jewelry. The setup was pretty easy & there are multiple options to choose from. I did reach out to support with a few additional questions and EACH time they have helped address my inquiries thoroughly & quickly. The customer support is great & the app serves its purpose. I would definitely recommend this app.

I had multiple issues to sort out on my website like the multiple select and adding options for an additional price. The service team sorted all my issues out on a copy of my original website perfectly and was ready to publish. I was very impressed with the service as I’m currently using the free plan and didn’t expect them to do this! Highly recommend getting this app especially if you have multiple options like myself. THE BEST APP FOR ADDING DIFFERENT PRODUCT OPTIONS. Seriously, I have tried paid bundle apps and free bundle apps. Literally, all of them I have tried, and this one is super easy once you get the hang of things.I love that I can offer different options with this app because Shopify only limits 100 variants. I am using it on bundle packs I am creating. I am able to make drop down menus with all the different scents that we offer.

Very useful functions and great customer service. If you have photo customized products, this app can definitely help you a lot. The photo upload option is perfect for it. Some of the other apps on my site conflicted with this app, but the staff is totally able to fix it, very nice.

I have products that can come in different colours and can be set on two different settings - so instead of having to divide my items colour quantities into half of one setting and half the other, and risk them selling out, I can just have one colour quantity with the option to have a custom setting. Hopefully that makes sense! It was something Shopify couldn't offer with its native settings, anyway. I also recently emailed asking for support on the way the product options were laid out on my product page and the reply was quick (within hours) and completely solved my issue! Awesome service for a free app. Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing app that did exactly what we needed it to do. Not only that but the service that this team has given has been out of this world. Without hesitation even on the Free plan they jumped in and assisted us with setting it up and making sure the app was customized to our store. They have our business for sure. 5/5

Fairly straight forward app to use. Would like to have the invoice/order sheet to include a total rather than having the option addon as a separate line. Worth highlighting that you can't have Express checkout in your cart as it ignores the option addon in particular if there is a price difference. Support is good and responsive. Highly recommend

I used this app to help me add a text box for the customer to add a name, it looks great! Support helped me extremely fast when I did not know how to do something, great service.

UPDATED REVIEW: Okay I tried at least 4 different product option apps for about 3 months each and I would highly suggest you save your time, energy, product organization, email response times, and theme from suffering terrible codes by just getting this app. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and this is the best app. PROS: - option groups to avoid having to duplicate options - import and export - helpful customer service - easy to use - price add-on with lower tier plan -14 day trial Cons: - an updated UI would be nice - used to be super affordable, price is a bit high Original Review: I absolutely love this app for free options but the price variant only works with checkout not buy now buttons. Other than that it works perfectly! Support is also very fast and helpful.

I was able to implement the app into the store just as I wished, but I had some problems with Container Style - I just needed a CSS tweak. The support team was amazingly fast with answering me and in solving the problem. And very friendly too! Thanks so much!

Best app for a product options and features. Their support is really helpful but I wish they have more features in future for text like font selecting, font preview etc.
