Don't install. It replace part of your theme code and you have to work a lot to remove it before

We're sorry that we couldn't reach-out to you on time. But we have streamlined our support service to an extent that we respond to our merchants within 3-4 hours, and also provide priority support to merchants who need things done without any loss of time. In hopes of amending our past mistakes, we asked our manager to contact you.

I truly can not understand all the 5 star ratings for their Support Team: it took three days for them to even look at my site. In the end, they did nothing, ignored my questions and basically blew me off. But the app generally does work. However, their Installation Guide is not accurate and I will not be buying any apps from this team.

Discount functionality didn't work after adding this app. Also, their support is not willing to fix it. Do not use this app if you want discount functionality working.

After few weeks, bugs appeared and impossibility for tech support to take care. They simply did not know why! I spend a lot of time trying to find myself solutions, help come but 2 to 3 days later only by email, asking to ask the question with more details (or looked like they did not read the request up to the end, obviously). After multiple requests and more than a week to try to overcome this bug, I really regret, so much energy for nothing! If you are not ready to waste few weeks with a bad surprise at the end, don't bother with this App.

I contacted them for customer service 6/12/18 about code placement explaining I am adding a balloon department to my online store, with a deadline of Friday June 15th, COB deadline. They continued all week to say they were working on it and would make it a priority, all day Friday, I was stressed to the max not knowing the status, absolutely no communication from them, I mean crickets, ssp, ssp, ssp. Also, there was at least 24hrs between all their email responses when they advertise 30 minutes responses, I suggest Shopify dismiss this app as worthless and misleading. They requested a review prior to helping me, this is it. This system is forcing me to give them at least one star which is not deserved. Well, today is 6/18/18 I received an apology email this morning the morning of my balloon launch for the dishonesty and misleading inclinations. Thanks to the outstanding customer service from Shopify, I was able to launch my new balloon department this morning without a hitch. KUDOS FOR SHOPIFY!
