For months (including the holiday season), this app has caused a hiccup in customers being able to add my products to cart. As an online retailer, that is detrimental to my business. On COUNTLESS occasions I reached out to customer support with absolutely 0 help. Uninstalling and very disappointed.

This app has been amazing so far. I have been using it for about 6 months or so and it has changed my online store completely! Plus the customer service is fantastic, in my opinion. They are responsive and provide a step by step resolution.
