This app is super easy to use. I needed to find a way to add a text box to my product for customisation and this was perfect for that. I had a little trouble with the code aspect of installing the app, but the support team got back to me very quickly and sorted it all out for me with very little back and forth. Works perfectly now. Excellent customer service.

This app helped me offer different upgrades for my products so its easy for my customers to choose, they were super helpful and helped me through the entire process. really recommend this app

I was using another app that it's much more expensive and I was having issues. I wanted to give this app a try so I installed it but couldn't make it work. I contacted the support team and within in minutes I got an answer and they were able to help me. I was very surprised with how fast they solved the issue and how good the multiple options look in my page. I highly recommend Hulk as they have a very clear vision of what customer service is. Great app. Very much recommended if you are getting started. It's very customizable and helps you show special option without having to worry about the 100 variant/option limit from Shopify. Thumbs up! Also, very important! Their support is amazing. They always help and deliver amazingly. You will love their apps, and if you need to contact them, you will love how willing they are to help you. They are just a great company.

Was a little confusing to install to begin with, but the support staff at HulkCode were extremely helpful and they got it all working in the end and provided useful tips on how to get started. Very attentive and solid response times. Highly recommend this!

Unbelievable service and support, just wanted to say how amazingly quick you guys are, this app is everything i wanted in terms of product options, the only downside is that once you assign the Option Type and save it, you cant go back and edit the Option Type, you would have to delete it and create a new Option Type, not the end of the world and still a 10/10 app! recommended for every Shopify store, one way or another you will make a use out of this app :) Also a real bummer is that you cant apply discount codes! after months of hard work making the custom options, we went to do a black friday sale and the discount codes dont work with this app... very sad, i have tried everything to get them working even using other apps but just doesnt work. if they fix this issue i will give them 10/10

Not only does this app work exactly as I needed it to, but the customer service has been amazing. I was having trouble getting some features to work, and they went far beyond the norm of just sending me links to more help articles and instead went straight into my Shopify site and made the necessary updates for me, and all within less than 24 hours of my initial ticket. Highly recommend!

I'm impressed this app is free. I sell gift certificates and it has allowed me to add options of how to send, gift messages, etc. I reached out to customer support several times as I was setting it up and they were very responsive. I would recommend at least trying out this app before paying for another one.

This app is BETTER than the ones you pay for. Not only that, the customer service and tech help is excellent-- they have been there and ready to help from the beginning! I had another options app, but you couldn't bulk upload options with a CSV or Excel file, so I switched to this one. BEST choice ever.

Great app and good customer service, however this app doesnt allow currency conversion apps to be used alongside it, and so if you have one, it will break it. Apparently they are working on a solution but I am yet to see it. If they fix this I will give them 5 stars. Will
