Customer support is always quick to respond. We having been using custom product options app for 3 years and it works well. Especially being able to add-on products that works with tracking inventory.

This app is everything we need for our online product customization and more. It allows you to create a "form" which is visible on the product page for products that meet the criteria you've set. This app does that wonderfully, and it is highly customize-able. We use this to offer add-ons such as engravings for selected items in our store, and the app takes care of adding the price of the add-on to the cart. The app absolutely excels at that. Another thing we use this app for (which might not be what the app was specifically designed to do, but does well), is to display a "product builder" for one of our collections. In short, we have a collection that was specifically designed to allow customers to mix and match several pendants into a single necklace. Before Custom Product Options, customers were only able to see the final product in our Brick-and-Mortar store but now, we're able to offer them to see the final product in real-time, as well as the final cost of the entire thing. On top of this all, I want to heap praise on one of their service representatives (Hi Jason! ). He was so willing to help with my problem, despite my request being way out-of-scope for their app. He went above and beyond to help me get things right, and I'm very happy with the final result. If you need a robust product option customizer, you don't have to look any further.

Support is phenomenal and and truly supportive :) Who knew! Anyway, I love the app it is solving some long term problems that will make my customers so happy and able to order easier. Which makes me happy!

Our products have many additional options which add to the shipping weight ( and thus cost) and this app handles that for us well. Another nice feature are the use of logic/conditions that hide or show additional options based off previous selections. Customer support has been top notch as well. Highly recommend.

I'm using this app purely for the text box option. The other variation options are not exactly what I needed for my shop, but I'm sure they'll come in handy. Support was prompt to reply. They also adjusted the app to my theme for no additional fee, despite them not providing this service. I'd recommend this app for those who are looking to add product options.

Great app, it works, and the support is above and beyond the norm. We ported our store to a new theme and the app stopped working fully, but we got in back with expert help from W3.

Provided really quick help to to re-size image picker images and the app seems to work really well without having to touch code. Other apps I saw did not have so many options, or include the Additional Cost calculator below the item choices, which was essential for me. Thanks for your help

Just doing a theme upgrade and APP support was brilliant. I have used this App now for a few years and it does actually get me sales. Love the conditional logic which makes it easier to customise to my personal needs and customer demographics.

I've been using this app for five years now. This is not a review from a new user - that's five years of using the app, tweaking the app. And enjoying it. First off - the interface is tricky. But it is incredibly powerful. And it just works. Zero downtime. To quote Ron Popeil, this is truly "set it and forget it". Over the years, I've had occasion to ask the W3 people for help on several occasions. Quick to respond, accurate answers. They've solved my problems EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sometimes it's a tweak to my website to get the result I want and they make it happen. I give them permission through Shopify, and for a very minor fee I get the result I'm looking for. If you visit the "design your own" portion of my website, you'll see their app in action. Great app, great staff, great service. Seriously. Tired of using Bold Options? So were we. Do yourself a favor and just make the switch. If you were able to figure out how to make Bold do what you want then using this app is going to absolutely floor you with how easy and logical everything is. The integration was a 1 button process. The documentation for this app is absolutely phenomenal, and we were able to make all but two customizations to our site by ourselves without needing programming knowledge. For the remaining two customizations (changing selection border color and altering the functionality of one of the widgets) we opened a support ticket with W3 and they answered both of our questions in plain English, provided copy-paste snippets that solved our problems, and did so within literally minutes of opening for business. We later had an issue that turned out to be a Shopify problem, not a W3 problem, and they were just as professional and eager to help. The only downside to this app is that the customer can't edit options in cart. They told me it's a feature they'd like to see added to the app, but more groundwork would need to be done before such a thing could happen. The drawback is outweighed a hundred times over by the benefits, and my customers are literally reaching out to us with praise over how much better the ordering process is. Thanks W3! Update 10/10/22 We've had to reach out a few times since the initial review to ask how to customize something here and there. Support is always fast, always helpful, very easy to understand. As of now I still recommend them without hesitation!

I've been a customer for almost three years now. I had a recent issue due to the Shopify theme I was using and W3 responded quickly , updated my store code, and made sure everything was working. Awesome! They were super helpful during the initial code install three years ago too. Highly recommended.

This app team will not only support you directly, but they have also taken time to create many useful video and written tutorials on how to use this app to get the best out of it for your store, which most developers do not offer. Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. This app should have solved all of my problems, but for some reason it wasn't working quite right (it ended up being something in my own code, not anything from the app). These guys spent HOURS trying to track down the issue, and kept me updated the whole time. The app itself is great, but the service can't be beat.

Customer support goes above and beyond to get you the results you want. We wanted an app that provides great ROI with support to back it up. This app does both. Simple to set-up, does everything we wanted it to do, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much to Justin and the team. Been using it for a few years. Also switched to another top selling one and tried that for 6 months. This one is by FAR more intuitive and it updates quickly. The set up is easier in my opinion as well. I will say that I've had install issues every single time I've have to update my Avenue theme (and I'm not making any node adjustments) and the lettering comes in all weird and I have to edit W3's code to make it look better - but W3 showed me how to do it. A free manual install has always been done (which they advertise for Avenue), minus when I ran into one customer service rep who refused to install it and wanted to charge me for it (Jason Beldon). Support Rep Megan Dobarganes is THE BEST! She's an outside of the box thinker and provides amazing support. W3 would dominate the market if they could figure out the edit in cart where it doesn't double what's in the customer's cart. That's the only thing holding them back I think, but I bet they're working on it.

Very easy to use app! And customer service has been top notch! We switched from a different custom product app by another company - the other app was glitchy & hard to get a response. Glad we switched! We are very happy.
